Impossible to cancel if you end up out of town and unable to get into the store in person. And if you card on file gets stolen they keep charging you plus late fees and threaten collections. Horrible treatment. Nice gym though.

It would be really great if the employees would leash their dogs because some people are allergic or afraid of dogs and one of the employees dogs was unleashed one morning and became very aggressive towards my friend which was very uncomfortable considering her hands were full and she wasn’t able to restrain it properly! I just called and spoke to one of the owners about this and she told me that the dogs are always leashed when going to and from the office which is not true I asked that they be leashed and not allowed to run loose and she said that they are always leashed but why would I be calling if that were the case 🤦🏻♀️

Amazing fitness faculty. Clean, well maintained. Has all the latest weight machines. Love the hydro massage beds. Was at Axiom previously. This gym is superior and more affordable.
