On vacation and holiday block leave from the Army and needed a place to workout. Well, this place is awesome! If I lived in Boise I would be here all the time. Clean, safe, professional, and very respectful! Signed up for a free trial online and was contacted within minutes and was even greeted at the door when I came in and was taken on a personal tour!!!!! If I could rate this place higher than a 5 star I would in a heartbeat!!!!!

Perfect location. Love all the new equipment. My favorite Is that they're open 24/7 and I can fit in a work out when I have time. The staff is super friendly to boot. Definitely excited to have a membership here.

Love this little gym. I have been getting there around 1500 everyday and you can literally hear a pin drop most days which is what I like since i do alot of supersets and need multiple pieces of equipment for each set. Definitely check it out and the price is great too.

Great gym & one with a difference, open 24/7 all year long, top of range Matrix fitness equipment, well designed, clean and spacious. It's suitable for any type of exercise, whether your aim is endurance, strength, flexibility or cardio training. (I'm especially delighted with their newest arrival - the squat rack & deadlift platform)The dynamic of the gym is brilliant, it’s so welcoming, there is no aspect of judgement and the very professional & friendly staff are always at the ready, if you need any advice or assistance. The changing and shower facilities are also top notch.This is a great place to start or continue your fitness journey, it'll change your relationship with exercise!P.S. A hydro-massage chairs are something out of this world after a hard session.

Love this place and people! Brand new, quality machines and I got fantastic attention from the staff. I’m surprised and delighted they can offer so much for the price plus 24 hour access. You’ve got to try the hydro massage bed, worth the upgrade in my opinion.
