Great place to work out! I like the machines. They all operate perfectly. Nice selection of free weights and cardio too They have tanning, hydro massage and sauna too but I never used them. I would definitely recommend to a friend

Very clean gym. The staff is very professional and personable. Great location with plenty of parking. Just the right amount of equipment. The atmosphere is not overwhelming or underwhelming.

1st day at new gym is always scary for me. It was clean, well kept, and very nice. I look forward to having a place to go again after 9 mos. of not doing anything. Like that they are much closer to home. Will see as time moves on how we do.
