I picked this locations because the facilities are very clean and well maintained. Starting in June a strong smell of sewage greeted me every time I walked through the door. Each time I call and ask if the issue has been resolved they say they are working on it. The issue has still not been resolved. I am thinking about cancelling my membership. I do not think it is healthy to be breathing in sewage fumes. They tried to disguise this with air freshener but that is not a solution.

The PF Black room doesn’t provide the privacy and exclusivity it should’ve granted PF+ member as a perk. Doors have been opened for months! And now, massage chairs are not even available for use??? Might as well downgrade since there’s not much benefit to be a plus member anyway.
