This location is my favorite out of all the PFs I have visited. I even live closer to the Naperville location and I come here instead. Big gym, I like the layout of equipment much better. Nice big clean locker rooms.BUT the staff at this location is the absolute worst. Hands down the worst!!!! Lazy, unattentive, they have no knowledge of the equipment or amentities like the tanning bed for instance. No clue if they have new bulbs, which causes people to burn without giving them consent to not tan in those particular beds. Not ok. They also do not clean the tanning beds so i have to complain or clean it myself first or ask for a new bed. Every.single.time. The males that work here from what I have seen are more personable and put a bit more effort in but all of the females just glare at you, no hellos or anything. They are of no help and they constantly go missing from the counter leaving a line of people. Ridiculous. Train the staff or fire them so the gym can be even better.

UPDATE 051419I was pretty surprised, as clean as this gym is that they would offer their free bagel Tuesdays directly out of the bag. This is very unsanitary to say the least with everyone sticking their hands into a bag and digging thru the bag touching all the bagels in order to pick out their favorite bagel. REALLY you just need to go to the dollar store and purchase a tray, a pair of tongs and offer napkins. This was pretty disgusting and a few other people's faces also seemed to say the same thing..OtherwiseSo far I love this gym at this location it is the largest, cleanest ands friendliest club. It's not overly crowded and has people from every age group so you don't feel alone and there is plenty of equipment and free weights. There ate also a line of TV's on the ceiling that all cardio can see and you just need a plug in headset in order to hear them otherwise they have closed caption on. Bathrooms/locker room/changing rooms/showers are all in working order and very clean. I hange not used the showers so I can not rate water temp or pressure. I enjoy my gym time here and so will you, they also have silver sneakers but I have never seen a class for them held and I have not seen any club trainers but I guess they are available.

Staff is incredibly rude. On fourth of July they closed at 12pm they made everyone aware multiple times. In the last 10 minutes of closing, a girl at the front desk laid on the alarm for minutes at a time. Everyone told her how incredibly rude it was but she didn't care and copped an attitude. We were all ending out workouts and filing out. There was no need to lay on the horn the whole time. I understandthat they wanted to get out on a holiday but I worked in the service industry for years and there is no need to be rude to customers and make it such an unpleasant experience. I'm glad I quit this gym and definitely will not be back to use my extra days.

The gym was busy that night but I enjoyed my workout. The gym was clean and the associates were very nice. They greeted everyone with a great smile. That's what everyone needs now a days. A great smile before a workout!

Moved to the area a few months ago and needed a gym. Although I'm used to facilities that are more for weightlifting, I've been going here for some time now and it accommodates me just fine. The staff is pretty good at making sure the place gets cleaned up. I do like that it's open 24/7 as well. I tan occasionally so I have the upgraded membership. It's a great deal even for that alone!

My favorite location. Shonda is always working hard and keeps everything nice and tidy. You would have thought she owned it by the way she makes sure things look nice and woman's bathroom clean.

One of the BIGGEST planet fitness I've been or seen. Prbly the best one on my list. Staff is helpful. ample space. Only thing I would like is if they had mirrors by the other areas so you can make sure your form is correct on some workouts.

Me and my girlfriend come here all the time and it's a great place to workout. Just make sure to wipe your machines before and after using them because there are a few people who dont wipe them down. But thats just ignorant people. Other than that this place is awesome.

Atmosphere is easy going, find all types of people from veteran weight lifters to beginners. Staff is usually helpful, can get very crowded and lots of people tend to “hangout “ on machines glued to their phones almost like its standard gym procedure. Very annoying to have to wait for someone to finish their routine of a set or two followed up with 15 minutes of screen time on a mobile device. Best time to go is during off hours. Equipment is well maintained but majority of the cardio equipment with heart rate monitors seem to be not maintained and the monitors on them either don’t work or don’t work well so using most of the features on them is impossible.

Nice gym and friendly staff, but what the manager has playing on the TV's is horrible. One Sunday morning I came here and on the history channel they we're playing a TV show where people were violently killing and shooting exotic animals with riffles. Manager didn't care . My next visit they were showing a TV show with naked people right after school with students present. I'ma cancel my membership here.
