Very nice facility, but the "music" at this Planet Fitness was ridiculous garbage, both in style and words.

I like working out here is good environmentBut I would like they have free weightsTo use it

It's a great place to work out. I usually never have wait to use the equipment. You can't beat the price.

I love working out here but I am very sad about the condition of the parking lot. The trash is getting out of control and I would love to see our parking lot cleaned up!

Multiple times I’ve gone in at opening time on the weekends only to find that no employees showed up to open the doors… nothing like wasting my time sitting in a parking lot on my one day off because staff can’t show up on time.

No one is ever up front, they changed the hours so open way less and they changed the rules for black card members and their gurst. Plus no one wears a mask and no one enforces the mask mandate. I will be canceling my membership

It's a great place to work out. I usually never have wait to use the equipment. Only Thing is there is no Fitness Training Class But if you ask the Manager He will show you how use the equipment He was a big help

I was approached during my workout this morning and told I needed to leave because my account was past due as of September 17th. When I tried to present proof of payment via my chase bank app, to show that the previous payment wasn’t taken out until August 24th and today is September 20th, I was told to “read the sign, I can’t let you in”. I don’t appreciate the level of professionalism I received and after visiting solely this location for the last 3 months with no issues, I’ll be reconsidering my PF membership. In addition, there are signs posted everywhere stating that masks need to be worn as of 08/30/21, and this rule is seldom enforced, which is also extremely disappointing.

Buddy at the counter said he wouldn't let me work out there cause I had a payment issue at another planet fitness I never had an issue with. I asked to resolve it there and he said I couldn't. Then I asked to pay to open a new account and he asked why he would let me do it.This guy was set on not letting me in."Judgement free zone"

Went there at 10am. They weren't open. Opening employee didn't show up and no one else could be bothered to open the club. Another demonstration of poor management at this club.Come to find out the person who opens quit. This place is soo poorly run that no one else with a key could be found. This is a corporate organizational problem. Notice from their comment, corporate couldn't care less to address the problem. They want the consumer to do it.
