Monique was so friendly and took the time to patiently show me and my friends how to row before class began. During class she brought the energy to the room with her uplifting words- motivating us to push harder. I’ve been sore the past few days! I’m excited to come again soon.

I recently joined Row House and it has been such a great experience. I’m only a few classes in, but the workout I get is fantastic, regardless of the class I choose. I love being able to get a high intensity workout in while not aggravating joint pain from past injuries. All of the instructors are great, but in particular, I really enjoy classes taught by Gyee, who creates such a welcoming and positive environment while pushing you to your full potential. They offer plenty of promos if you’re on the fence and want an easy, no pressure introduction to what they offer. Try it out and you won’t regret it.

5/5 I fell in love since my first class and already signed up! The coaches are so engaging with us and the music and tell you how to improve to row better and faster. Both outdoor and indoor scenarios are great. Outdoor you get the water view and headphones, while indoor you have the music and cool lights! Super coaches to try your first or other classes: Monique, Haley, and Evonne! Try, rowing, it's worth it 🚣‍♀️

First time doing this, I thought it was very similar to Soul Cycle, but I prefer this way more. I am a big guy so looking for workouts can be difficult and easy to lose my breath (cause of the weight on my knees), but I did not have that issue here (in fact I didn't have any issues at all). This felt good, and it wasn't easy so I also felt really challenged. It really worked my core and had a good sweat. I didn't know we could have taken pictures, would have brought it in with me for the rowing :)Also, the music hit right here <3<3<3<3Going to try to see if I can do more of a commitment, this place is really worth it.

I took the signature class outside on the warf and it was one of the best 45 minute class workouts I've ever done. The class was set at a great pace and structure to get a full body workout. It was my first time at a row class but the instruction was so clear and easy to follow. I loved being outside on the water. There were headsets so we could clearly hear the instruction without getting distracted from outdoor noises. It was a great immersive experience and a solid workout. I will be back!

I’m a first timer and Paulette was a patient instructor who took the time to make sure my form was correct and that I didn’t hurt myself! The music really worked well with the row rhythm and her inspiring words gave me positive vibes! Great class.

I love taking classes at Row House. The environment is extremely welcoming. I'm a new rower, and all of the instructors take the time to check in with me about form and answer my questions. I feel great after I do a workout, and will definitely be back for more.

Had a great first session with Monique! She made sure I was happy with the set up and was a great instructor. The set up is really cool- I liked that the average split in the room is displayed. Was a great (and exhausting) experience. Will be back

Had a great experience on my first visit to Row House! They are super welcoming and professional. My instructor Monique was so wonderful and energetic. She gave great tips and kind critique for a first time rower. Overall excellent experience- it was the perfect mix of challenging and fun.
