Loved my first row class with Haley at Row House Love Joy! High energy, easy instructions for a novice, and perfect pace that challenged everyone. It was a mix of rowing and lower body strength which I need as a runner who is cross training. The music and vibes made it special. Signing up for my first class was very easy and Steve the owner made it fast and easy. The facilities are clean and accommodating (and there is a shower and two bathrooms with a changing area). Can't wait for class number two this week!!!!

Super supportive staff. Fantastic instructors. Great community. One of the things I also find incredible about this particular Row House location is the enthusiasm of every employee. Everyone seems to just love working there. It feels so genuine. As a customer, that matters. It makes me come back again and again. It's hard not to feel inspired when there.

After trying many classes and never quite feeling like I found the right thing, I tried Row House on a whim almost 3 months ago and I love it! The coaches are super fun, high energy, and push you to be your best self without making anyone in the class feel self conscious. The high-intensity, low pressure workout is great for people of all skill levels, and the different class options provide the right fit for anyone.Whether you're a gym rat who loves daily workouts, or someone starting your fitness journey, I'd highly recommend Row House to anyone!

Fun class if you like rowing and syncing up with good music. Some classes have some floor workouts mixed in between so it breaks up the 45 minutes well. Staff is super kind

I've been taking lots of introductory classes and different types of gyms trying to find a place where I both felt good and enjoyed the people, and Row House gave me exactly what I was looking for! Gyee was my first instructor and did a great job of showing me the machine and getting me set up for my next class, and every instructor I've had since then has been so fun and motivating. There's no one else I'd wake up for morning work out classes for :)

I love these classes! The coaches are all so knowledgeable, strong, positive, and energetic - as is the Row House at Lovejoy Wharf, there is a warm and welcoming vibe. I enjoy a variety of the different classes they offer - all are great. As a woman in my 60s I really appreciate the strength training and the powerful leg and core workout. I have noticed positive changes in both my water skiing and snow skiing.

Was in town for a conference and was able to get a great work-out in—outside, with the “team”. It was SO much better than being by myself in a hotel gym! Staff was super-helpful in getting booked and set-up for the work-out.
