Tried to go for a morning work out and nobody showed to open the doors. Very disappointing and I can see from other reviews this happens often. Unacceptable business practice

I’d definitely give 0 stars if I could. I’m new to the area, I’ve been living at mysa at the crossing for a couple of months and was looking for a gym I could work out at. I applied for the 3 day membership. Today 7/25/2023 I got to the gym at 6:00am to be racially profiled and discriminated against me. I had walked into the club to see a gentlemen at the front counter, I advised him I had the guest pass, and to point me to the kiosk so I could fill out my information per the guest pass instructions. Right away he told me “ You have to be a local” who said I wasn’t? I’m black and right away assumed I wasn’t from this area or I didn’t reside in this area. I had told him I live five minutes away, at mysa at the crossing apartment homes. He looked at me and said he couldn’t help me. I advised I could show him a billing statement with my current address or even my lease and he said he couldn’t do it. I live here. To begin with he racially profiled me and discriminated against me before I could even say anything. This is disgusting behavior, this man represents this location and this is super disrespectful and disturbing to me. How could you allow someone who racially profiles someone because they’re black represent your location. To prove a point I got a membership after wards and walked in to workout. I’ll be canceling and taking my money else where. Super disgusting behavior.

They are using COVID as an excuse not to open 24 hours. They close at 9.. so it should be called 15 hour fitness. Also, they now sublease their pool to a swimming class company for little kids who are loud and good luck getting a laneStill no improvements since I posted last.

This 24 Hour used to have the best weekly pickup basketball game pre-Covid, but since then they have:1) replaced the beautiful wood courts with garbage rubber composite flooring2) let the lighting go to complete garbage - you can’t see we’ll enough to play now3) let several leaks in the roof stay so now when it rains one side of the court is unusable4) the balls you can check out at the counter are old and lumpy.

24 hour fitness but on weekends they close at 8pm, on weekdays they close at 10pm. It's not great if you work a regular job and dont want to have to rush to the gym to get a work out. Really disappointing.

Be nice if they actually opened on time. Members time is precious. Today the employee who was supposed to open didn't even show up.

This location has a hard time getting their doors open at 5 AM.....Still calling themselves 24 hour fitness. Been a member since 2012....... UPDATE 5-23-23, ONCE AGAIN NO ONE OPENING THE GYM AT 5 AM... WAITED UNTIL 635... STILL NOT OPEN.

I use multiple locations of 24HR Fitness around the Denver area. This location is one of the worst. There are no ceiling fans so the air gets stagnant when the HVAC isn't operating. Half of the floor space is taken by weights machines that are simply not used by anyone. I am writing this at 6:30 in the morning as I wait in the parking lot because no one has arrived to open the gym even though it is supposed to open at 5. I don't give it 1 Star because the staff is kind and the gym is reasonably clean as a general rule.

Wonderful gym, the best in Boulder. Big gym, plenty of equipment, seldom crowded, great staff. The price is great, particularly compared to the rest of Boulder.I can't speak to the classes and basketball court, but if you're looking for weights, cardio, and steam room/sauna at a great price--with a good vibe and good staff--this is the spot.
