Fun and inviting. Great way to relaxed after a 10 hr shift. Can't beat service and quality of equipment. Not to mention the price per month is mad descent. She'll worth the movement. Plus it's really 24 hrs, so you take a swim at 2 in the morning.

Horrible management, staff threatened me physically for a situation they made worse where I was doing nothing but minding my own business and was accosted, harassed, and threatened by another member. 100% absolute incompetence by everyone who dealt with this situation where all I wanted was to work out in peace, and had been working out in peace prior to being harassed by another member over something as petty as what is on the television in front of the treadmills. If you have an issue there with another member threatening you, don't talk to staff, just call the cops, because staff will do nothing but lie, cheat, and then rob you of membership fees. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE TO WORK OUT. Seriously - leave the area if you want a gym, because this place is dangerous (on top of being poorly maintained and highly unsanitary).

This 24 hour fitness has the worst sauna in the whole Denver/Boulder metro area. The temperature is never hot ( warm temperature ). Maybe they don't want customers to know the not-hot temperature in the sauna, this is the only 24 hour fitness with sauna service in the USA without temperature meter to show the sauna temperature to customers. ( As far as I know, at least 6 states with 24 hour fitness that I had stayed.)

Super sport? I bet they charge extra being a super sport but in actuality its still the same gym with a bigger price and a slightly more pompous name. Easy to get signed up for this gym, go through hell to cancel your membership, a year goes by and they say you owe them $400 even though the one guy told you your membership was haulted. Lame! Please take care of your body and health more than your looks and pseudo fitness. Stay active.

Okay gym facilities. Very crowded. Often need to wait for machines. Staff is nice but they sell memberships like used car salesmen. Hidden fees and annual fees that they will not budge on. Just a warning. You can't cancel memberships with them in their facility. You must call a phone number that is not open 24hrs and often has a 20-30min hold time. I've been trying to cancel my membership for a month because I moved and had no luck until I was charged an unnecessary $180.

I've been enjoying access to this gym for almost a year. I try to go when it's not busy. I agree that the managers are very salesy but have only had to encounter them a few times when I invite friends for recommendation. I encourage them to simply focus on supporting people's fitness goals when they first walk in rather than trying to upsell as much as possible. As you can tell from your reviews, this doesn't make people feel good.

It is not Lifetime Fitness, or is the price. That said, it is a good place to get a workout in, sauna and shower. The people at the front desk are really friendly. There was a problem getting things fixed some time ago, but that is not the case anymore. To me, it is not a SuperSport...based on my travels and going to other 24 hour fitness gyms. I use the video spinning classes as that fits my schedule best. They are good. The overall gym works well for me. You get to know the regulars which makes it nice. I have never had a problem asking someone to help spot me when lifting heavier weights. My only complaint is the spinning bikes. They are about 3 generations down level and most should not be used. There was talk multiple times about getting replacements, but that tends to fad away after the talk. I plan on continuing here.Nov 3 2018 Update. The bikes are still in need of replacement with no hope of ever being replaced. They upgraded the pedals. Oh joy. I lowered my rating due to the facility. The digital "experience" video classes has been broken for months. I really like the cycling courses on that video. Funny, they still offer the Digital Experience cycling course...which can't happen as the unit is down. Cleaning and general upkeep has gone down hill. Not uncommon to find the paper towel dispensers in the gym empty, so people don't wipe down equipment. I went to stretch in the basketball gym, since it was empty. I had to whisk away all the fist sized dust bunnies. The locker room floor is not kept up like it used to. The showers were redone, but today's experience was disgusting. Soap scum on the walls, hair balls on the floor and only one soap dispenser had a little bit of soap. Frustrating. Oh, I do point out issues to the front desk, who usually don't write anything down.March 2019 UpdateOK, they finally replaced the old bikes and fixed more of the other items that were broken. The cleaning seems to be more consistent and there is a manager (Rob) who goes around and makes sure things are working right as well as chats with customers. The other thing that has improved is that when you tell the front desk about something that does not work, they actually write it down now. New budget and change of leaders makes a different. I will bump up the rating now.

Have been a member for several years now. I am finding it is a significant challenge to setup personal training sessions. Lots of messages, not much follow up. This caught me off guard as most personal trainers are pushing for business, sometimes to a fault. I am remaining optimistic that the sessions are worth the effort to get them setup and that follow on sessions require much less effort. The facilities are consistent with the fees (no complaints). Gym is usually not too busy later in the evening when I workout.Update: Just spoke with Stephanie. This is the second time I've worked with her and she seems to be responsive and on top of things. My advice, ask for Stephanie to start with!

Do not get a membership at this gym. They are manipulative and their customer service is absolutely horrible. The facility is average but it is heavily overshadowed by their hidden fees and "fine print" in their contracts. Their guest policy is a shallow attempt to grab more cash from your pocket and they are entirely unresponsive to complaints and criticism. The only good thing about this place is the members. They are all courteous and kind. The lower level staff is great but clearly upper management doesn't care enough to make a change. Would rate them 0 stars if I could. If you are looking to be bled dry by a heartless, less-than-average gym with management about as responsive as a large rock, this is the place for you!If you want anything else, DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. Oh, and why, you may ask, do I have a membership here? Welp, that is because they straight up lied to me about the contract! If I want to cancel now, I will need to pay more than I am paying for college this semester. Amazing work 24 hour! I can tell you really value your members!

The location itself isn't completely terrible. There are a lot of cardio machines, lots of lifting areas, and a big gym and studio. However, the free weight space is very small and crowded, and much of the time the gym has private classes going on, so that space can't even be used by anyone else. This location is a "Super Gym," so you have to pay $10 more than any of the other locations, just to have a hot tub, sauna and steam-room, which are all disgusting. I have gotten a rash from the hot tub here and it has bleached my swimming suit because the chemicals are off. The steam room and sauna have also been out of service about 50% of the time I try to use them. Also, if you are looking for a gym that is personal and easy to communicate with, do not choose 24 Hour Fitness. The Customer Service is horrible!!!! I have spent 40 min on the phone with them multiple times to fix billing mistakes, and we end up getting nowhere. Cancelling my membership to join the Boulder Rec Centers.
