Crunch Fitness - Boulder

Kinda wak sometimes, always clean, good price but they need more bench presses and less treadmills ellipticals and stair machines. Also if ur a customer reading this, plz put ur weights back in the right spots. Otherwise pretty good gym culture

I love Crunch and the manager Rachel is amazing! The gym itself with all the new equipment is really nice, but what really sold me is the tanning amenities! They have 2 different styles of tanning which include spray tans, stand up and lay down tanning beds. I enjoy tanning at Crunch because I always feel welcomed by the employees and the amenity rooms are always clean. I couldn't give this review all 5 stars because Micheal has ruined my experience here at Crunch. Every time I come into Crunch he refuses to acknowledge me or speak to me. When I state something such as having a guest or speaking upon things with my membership he refuses to give me eye contact and respond. Micheal is not very friendly and does not posses an inviting, comforting environment like the rest of the Crunch employees do.

My fav gym! Everyone is so happy here. Equipment and facility is top notch. My kids really enjoy the babysitting services here too. Group fitness is on point!

Trainer, Melissa Rose has been able to help my daughter and I to get fit and have fun while doing it. Working out is hard, but Melissa has made sticking to it, easier than I thought. I highly recommend scheduling with her today!

My review gets 5 stars because I have the most amazing trainer, otherwise they would get 1 star (e.g. dirty bathrooms) . Melissa is great, she really takes care of her clients. She deserves 10 out of 5 stars! I got injured and she modified the exercises accordingly. I got stronger despite of my injuries.

Stay the heck away from this place. They’re absolute scammers.This branch of crunch fitness has an apparent policy that you have to send in hand written letters or show up in person in order to cancel your account. This is despite the initial sales guy saying we could cancel from any crunch location.We do not live in Colorado and started our membership here while temporarily staying with family. We live in Florida and do not have a crunch fitness near us. My wife has attempted to cancel her membership via phone and sent a handwritten letter to crunch weeks ago. I have called numerous times and spoke with Ryan and gave my phone number to Ryan to give to the manager. Not once have I been called. Weeks after crunch should have received my wife’s letter, we are now being told that her membership is not only still active, but now has an over due balance. This is outrageous, shady and disgusting behavior. Do not go here and definitely consider canceling your membership.

One of the nicer gyms in Boulder, biggest problem is how anti-consumer the parent company Venture Fitness is. They will gladly sign you up and take your money over the phone but if you want to cancel your membership, you'll have to go in person. This is the only gym in Boulder that does this to my knowledge, in recent time. I've been a member when they open and I wouldn't sign up again. Shout out to Cody. He was great and always had a good attitude, he gets 5 stars. The turn over rate is terrible, a new person every week.

When I come to the gym. Michael helped me out too. He had me fill out a form, even though I didn't want a tour. But he insisted it would be helpful, and he was right! He gave me all the info I needed to reach my fitness goals with a personal trainer and told me the group fitness classes are amazing too. The school gym is always crowded, so I'm thinking of coming back and getting a membership here. I just wanted to say thanks to Crunch Fitness and everyone there for being so helpful and caring. And a big thanks to Michael for making me feel welcome, he was very genuine and really nice. You guys might have another awesome member joining soon!

Everything’s on the up & up per usual and NEW EQUIPMENT I LOVE YOU. You re-organized everything to face the mirrors and fit more stuff, nothing disappeared. Always dropped hints we needed a seated chest fly/deltoid fly machine and ITS HERE, plus a couple seated chest presses that actually hold plates. And some new back equipment… boutta go nuts here, THANK YOU!!!

Not enough handles for cables, more variety please. Also be warned they will call you to take advantage of the free start up program. But good gym over all
