Crunch Fitness - Boulder

I recently joined and I am loving the classes, especially Zumba. Liliana's Zumba class is really fun and a good workout!I've now been a member for 6 months and I am really disappointed with the Crunch Mgmt. Still loving the classes, but have been doing them in a room with no AC for over a month. At tonights Zumba class, the room temperature was 79F!! I've been told that mgmt is aware of the issue, but no repairs are being made. Haven't even added fans to circulate the air. I would wait to join Crunch until they get the AC fixed.

Absolutely the worst gym I have been to in boulder the locker room conditions are deplorable, the equipment is always dirty. They hardy have any sanitation stations...

Won’t let you cancel your membership remote without sending a letter. Is this 1953? They’ve also overcharged in the past. Scam like behavior, coming from a fitness professional.

I have been going here for 2/3 years consistently 5 days a week. I love the staff; they are so friendly, it's clean and everything is functional and still like new and you can't beat the price!

Working overnight shift in this area. Natalie convinced me to sign up at this establishment. These stars are for Natalie's customer service. The place looks excellent empty looking forward to our biznaz crunchy

Not quite sure what the 11 people that work here (that I just counted) are doing besides sitting around. This place is a disgusting mess. The floor is super dirty and the bathrooms. Equipment is extremely dirty and dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Paper towel dispensers and cleaning solution bottles have been empty for at least the 2 hours I have been here. Super unsanitary not being able to clean the equipment while working out. And we know the employees don’t wipe down anything. This seems to be an ongoing occurrence.Poor management: Maybe if she wasn’t walking around on her cellphone the entire time I have been here she could direct someone. Pretty unprofessional and doesn’t set a good example for employees.

Just wanna give a shout out to the wonderful staff at crunch Boulder!!! They’re always friendly, and very knowledgeable into what they do, also letting me know what I’m signing once getting the membership!! And canceling policies as well!! It’s so nice READING on what I sign and joining this gym. The environment is friendly, great management as well, also thanks to the guys Gunnar and Branden for helping me join this gym!!!

I love Crunch and the Manager is amazing! She does so much and also is in control of the social media! So if you see her on the phone she’s probably making content for the socials (: I loved seeing all the new employees yesterday on boarding ! I think the facility is super clean and taken really good care of! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a gym with a good community 🤍🤍

Good sized gym. With plenty of equiptment from treadmills and bicycles to squat racks and weight benches with everything in between. They offer stand up tanning beds, lay down tanning beds, infared sauna, dry saunas, and massage chairs. This location is open 24/7 and has bicycle racks for locking up your 2 wheeled or 1 wheeled rides.

I like coming here to do cardio. In fact I would give you 5 stars if your music wasn't so terrible. I was vibing enjoying my workout and then music starts blasting out of no where to the point where I can't hear my own music in my headphones. Also stop standing up front doing nothing when there's no paper towels to wipe down equipment or bathrooms need attention. And don't tell us to text you, walk back there and check it yourself.
