This spot has gotten a much needed face-lift. I really enjoy what the management has done with the location. All the new trainers have something unique to bring to the table. Alex who works at the front desk is always so helpful and nice. Highly recommend achieving your fitness goals here.

As a long time member, you can see the constant improvements the staff is working on making over the last couple months. Overall the gym is cleaner, and the staff is more attentive and helpful than ever before. It used to take weeks to get things fixed around here and it seems the new manager hired a great maintenance / janitor that helps keep everything up and running and never down or dirty for more than 12 hours. Huge improvements 👏🏻

My girlfriend needed to cancel her membership and was told she couldn’t do it over the phone and we would have to come in. The first time we were told no manager was available and to come back later. When we came back we were assured the employee on stafff could help us. We were also assured we wouldn’t be charged. We were charged the next morning and had to call. The manager in duty gave us the run around and was very rude. Scummy organization and a specifically scummy location.

Nice equipment and facilities. You may have to wait for free weights but not too long. The spinning class (the Ride) is good (although a bit loud for me) and gets your heart going. There should be a no cell phone policy in the sauna though. These poor kids are gonna be very sad when their phones overheat (actually maybe let it happen as an experiment). Overall decent gym.

Started going to Crunch not long ago and have absolutely enjoyed my experience. I have been to some gyms and they typically aren’t super clean, but not Crunch. I always know when I am there I will be waking into a clean gym. The people are what make Crunch a better place. Shout out to Rachel for being one of the best and always giving a smiling face a motivation when needed.

Pros: Great price and equipment available. The training staff are also very helpfulCons: Cleaning and they have oversold memberships. Its comically crowded during peak times. This is not a concern if you are part of the morning crowd, but avoid 4-8pm like the plague. The other issue is cleanliness. With the amount of foot traffic they get, its quickly gets dirty. They probably should bring in a professional to clean the bathrooms because they are gross.TLDR: You get what you pay for and its not a substitute for a more expensive gym

I have worked at crunch for about 5 months and I would have to say that this is by far my favorite job I have ever had. The work space here is very welcoming and my coworkers are not only hard working, but make it fun. Shout out to my awesome manager Rachel for making this job so enjoyable. Looking forward to many more months to come!

One of the better crunch locations I’ve been to. Staff is friendly. The gym is clean and well kept. The general manger, Rachel, is very professional and charismatic. Definitely made solving membership miscues very easy!

I only visit this specific crunch a handful of times this year while in town visiting family over the holidays. I was recently here over Thanksgiving and was pleasantly surprised by the new cleanliness of this gym... specifically the locker rooms. The new management was present at the front desk and the first to welcome me into the gym, it made my experience top tier. Could not recommend more!

So far my experience has been very positive. I go to school at CU and the rec center gets pretty crowded so I opted for Crunch. This gym has a lot of good equipment and only really gets crowded during peak hours. Overall solid gym and a good price.
