I moved to Boulder and immediately searched for an F45 in the area. I’ve been to studios in Australia, London, and Toronto and every single one of them have had the greatest people running the show, but I’m especially grateful for the awesome staff at F45CB! Bill and Luke are running an amazing facility - especially while we all navigate getting back into fitness after most of us slipping a bit during pandemic lockdowns.After six weeks I’m down 5lbs, and while it’s not about weight loss for me it’s nice to see all the effort in the mirror! Love starting my days in the studio and looking forward to more great results.

There are not enough superlatives to describe F45 Central Boulder, the functional fitness gym in the 29th Street Mall. The 45-minute group classes are different every day and range from cardio to resistance to hybrid, focusing on the entire body in each workout. The instructors (Bill, Luke, Tony, Ally) are all first rate, too, challenging members (a good mix of the young and the less young like me) to do their best while also correcting form, but most of all making it seem like fun. I highly recommend this gym.

Just had my first F45 workout today and absolutely fell in love with the workout and this space. Luke and his team prepared an incredible cardio workout that was super challenging in just the right ways and was easy to follow. I feel like it is so hard to get as good of a workout in on my own, and I know I will definitely be sore! Not only was the workout great, but the energy and support of the team plus amazing views of the mountains made it even better! Looking forward to the next time I can come here.

Best workout community I have been a part of in Boulder! The coaches are incrediblyfriendly and knowledgeable. I can always count on them to provide great modifications while recovering from injuries. I have become so much stronger, healthier, and happier over the past two years of being a member of F45. If your in search for an amazing workout, great community and coaches that will push you to your limits, look no further! I joined F45 in April of 2021 and have gone almost everyday since. The workouts are different everyday, so you never get bored and honestly it is quite addicting once you start. Bill, Luke, Tony and all the other coaches make you feel like part of the family. They help you with your form and encourage you to keep pushing yourself. This is a one of a kind workout with one of a kind people, highly recommend!!

I'm a relatively recent (3 months) member to F45 Training Central Boulder and am really enjoying my experience and results thus far. I have done many types of training over the years from Cycling Studios, to CrossFit Boxes, to 1 on 1 Personal Training, to at home workouts. I would characterize my experience with F45 as a Goldilocks fit for me. CrossFit was too harsh, Cycling Studio to specific, 1 on 1 Training pretty costly, at home to lonely, F45 is just right!. You show up, chat with a few people you start to recognize, sweat it out with very unique workout programming, get tips and motivation from coaches, and before you know it you've burned a ton of calories. Finally, it can't be understated that it's important to find a community to spend your time with and the owner and staff at F45 Training Central Boulder do a great job of building a healthy and engaged community. F45 is where fitness meets community. This is where the real change begins.When I first started going to F45, I was extremely intimidated, in my own head, and eager to put myself down. I always struggled when it came towards attitudes around physical fitness cause I grew up a bigger kid. And although I do still have bad days, I can confidently say that I no longer treat myself like that chubby kid anymore. I try and I go for it and I have become a lot stronger because of it. And this is because of all of the amazing trainers and workouts at F45.Despite starting at a beginner level, I never felt like the classes were too hard for me. Although I definitely struggled, I was always presented with potential easier alternative exercises or given the option to lift heavier weights. Since all of the trainers at F45 are extremely experienced, intelligent, kind, and intuitive, they are all good about suggesting adjustments for injuries or for your skill level. As I continued to go to classes, I watched myself be able to move better, lift heavier, and jump higher. Since going consistently from January to August, I have lost a significant amount of fat and gained lean muscle.Also throughout that time I participated in 2 45 day challenges which I highly recommend. Participating in challenge is a great opportunity to really push yourself in terms of athletic ability and strength. You are given access to one on one consultations with the head trainer Tony, who despite the way he looks, is a very supportive and encouraging coach (well encouraging in his own way). He will help with your diet, your workouts, shoe recommendations, anything you need.Overall though, the best part about this F45 isn’t just the workouts, the clean facilities, or challenges but, the people. All of the people involved in F45, those who workout there as well as the trainers are all so kind, supportive and friendly. Everyone pushes each other to be the best versions of themselves, and I was constantly in awe of other people’s dedication to their personal fitness. Bill, the owner, makes sure to get to know everyone by name and puts in the effort to create a one on one connection with everyone who comes to class. He puts such great care and love into his studio and the people involved, and it shows! Luke both makes you want to laugh and cry during workouts because he is incredibly friendly and funny with the way he teases but, he will also do the workouts right next to you and not let you take any breaks in order to push you harder. Ali is extremely intuitive, kind, and smart, and she knows exactly how to help people in the way that they need in the moment, when to push and when to encourage. Dylan is extremely high energy and fun, and makes working out in class feel like working out with a friend. And Tony gives people the best kind of tough love, where you want to make him proud but, you know the only way to do it is the hard way.So I highly encourage you, if you are even considering attending F45, just go to one class and see for yourself. I promise you won’t regret it.

I came to F45 Central Boulder for a week while I was on holiday and I felt so welcomed, particularly by Ali and Luke. They made the effort to make me feel like one of their regular members and made sure to push me during the workouts. Would highly recommend if you are considering giving them a go and I'll be back on my next holiday!

Not only are the coaches obviously awesome and knowledgable, but during these tough times when we are all sheltering in place and unsure of when life will start to slowly go back to normal, they have been a godsend. Since day one, they have been so supportive and present on a daily basis offering fun live virtual classes to keep members physically and mentally fit and healthy, but also building an even greater sense of community by sharing healthy recipes, fun challenges and engaging games (F45 CB bingo!!!) to give us all something to look forward to and take our mind off the uncertainty of the times. I love the F45 Central Boulder team and could not imagine this quarantine without them!
