Frank is an incredible trainer! Even if you go in with absolutely no former knowledge of self-defense techniques, Frank will not only be patient with you, but you will learn so much from him. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

As a Haganah black belt Frank Latella knows the course curriculum, as a certified personal trainer he motivates and explains the movements so they are easy to understand and follow. Frank is passionate about his work and will spend the time with you to make sure you understand the movements. I have become stronger and faster because of his classes. It’s not just about being aggressive, but about making smart choices and following the curriculum. Frank is a conscientious leader and I highly recommend his classes.

I've never taken a self defense class but heard a lot about Frank and his knowledge so I took a class. Ladies sign up! Frank is very patient and extremely knowledgable, I learned some moves that could change the outcome of a situation quickly. The classes are serious but in a fun way, I will definitely be taking more of Frank's classes@MOVE fitness!

I really enjoy my workouts with Fran Latella, although they are challenging, he keeps them interesting with lots of changes in our routines.I find him to be a great motivator and look forward to my workouts.I highly recommend Frank as a trainer.

Started training with frank in July and he is one of the best trainers I have had. Extremely attentive and makes sure that the workout is challenging. He also focuses on helping me with my lower back issues. My wife and I train with him back to back and are glad we have such a great trainer.

I have been training with Frank Latella for the past year and I have not looked back.I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Frank is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession.We never do the exact same workout twice and he always keeps it interesting. I would highly recommend Frank as a personal trainer to anyone out there he's a class act!

I have been training with Frank for just over a year, taking his Haganah class 3 times a week. Frank is a great trainer and keeps us motivated to strive to reach our full potential. The material is well taught and Frank is very patient allowing each student to work at their own paceI highly recommend his services either as a personal trainer or a martial arts instructor, you wont be disappointed!

Frank has been my trainer since July and I could not say enough great things about him. Ever since we started together he has personalized everything about the workouts. In the past I've had trainers that knew how to help me get stronger, lose weight and tone but did not pay attention to my needs. Frank tailors every exercise and every session to be sure I am feeling challenged but safe, always making sure I do not feel any pain or serious discomfort. His personality is calm, patient yet stern enough that he pushes me and I know when he means business, no time for excuses from me. I enjoy that each sessions builds upon the last but is different enough to keep it exciting.

Frank is an amazing trainer! Although I've only had a few classes with him so far, my family has used him before and the results have been nothing but great!
