I’ve been going to PT with Emily B in Stoughton for almost 2 months now and she has been great! She is up beat and knows what she is talking about! My back has improved so much from my time spent there! 10/10 would recommend!!

I was a patient at Elite for 9 months and worked with Bob during my time there. He was great to work with, listened to my concerns and coached me through ways to continue to build strength in my knee even on the days I was not attending PT. Aside from the care during PT, Bob went above and beyond to work with my schedule, as I am active duty military and sometimes have schedule conflicts or needed to come in at odd times. Highly recommend Bob at elite!

This gym is great! I love how close it is to me and how it offers a variety of group exercise classes. The staff is always so welcoming and plenty of equipment to choose from at a great price. I this gym recommend to everyone! Thanks Elite!

This is an easy 5-stars. The employees are so friendly, the facility is clean and I never have to wait for a machine. The owners clearly take time in understanding the needs of the members and use our membership fees to enhance the variety and availability of equipment. Highly recommend this gym to anyone.

This gym literally has every single type of equipment I’ve ever come across but also has a sauna, steam room, track, several turf areas, private secluded exercise room, hanging boxing bags, punching bags, all kinds of stretching equipment, physical therapy, exclusive personal training large private gym section, climber, lots of benches. I have gone to many gyms over the last 10 years and this is by far my favorite. Great culture and super super clean!!!

Recently completed PT at this facility and it was top notch. The team is friendly, professional, and trustworthy every step of your journey. Being part of an 'elite' fitness center, the therapist have extensive resources to assist rehab and to help make clients ts reach their personal and personal. I worked with Emily J, and she was absolutely amazing...Keeping my condition at the forefront and helping navigate every day obsticals and ensure I understood how the exercises where benefiting me. Thank you Emily and Elite for help getting stronger!!!

i love this place. it is a privately owned gym with everything you could possibly need. they offer a variety of group classes, including several les mills options. they also have crossfit, spin and private personal training, as well as a shake bar. they are constantly improving the facility and adding new offers. the only negative is that there is no pool, although that doesn't bother me in the slightest, but i know many people prefer a gym with one.
