This organization is dishonest.i am a senior citizen and no longer participated. Money was taken out of my checking account after I terminated contract.It has been more than two years and money had started to come out of my account.Both times , people there had attitudes about returning my money.I am fighting still.My bank is so nvomled. Small claims court will Be next.They are thieves!

I am generally satisfied with your health club. While downstairs, there is a cleaning solution and towel on every machine, upstairs there is only about 3 or 4 bottles/towels for about 25 machines. Please add more cleaning bottles upstairs. Upstairs the disposable wipe dispensers are sometimes empty. I would say that the lockers are dusty and need more frequent cleaning. Also, many of the lockers are locked when it is clear that no one is using them. Why I know this is at times is when I am there when there are only a few cars in the parking lot, many of the lockers(many more than the number of cars in the lot) are locked. I would recommend to unlock the lockers at closing. People apparently lock the lockers when they are empty. I notice this especially around the lockers where the benches are. What bothers me most is the behavior of some of the members. Some members leave their clothing on the floor and benches of the locker room while they are using the facility. There is one particular old man(very thin and frail) that does this all of the time. No reason to do this when there are lockers. Of course there are those that sit on a particular machine for what can be 15 minutes or more texting on their phone. I would like to use that machine. Can't they do their texting without tying up the machine? Also, the issue of the lockers that have numeric combination locks. Let's look at the worst case scenario. You come out of the shower. You try to unlock your locker and the number you use is incorrect. You do not know the correct number. How do I get to the front desk now to ask you to open up my locker? Do I walk to the front desk with my towel around me? How about putting a wall phone in the locker room that reaches the front desk? And yes, you do not find Robert Johnson in your records. I use this alias online for purposes of anonymity.

The gym itself is pretty good, the classes are good as well. Although the customer service is poorly managed. I had my card on file stolen while on vacation, as soon as I came back home I went in person at the gym and gave them a voided check, expecting everything to be all set.A month later they started to harassing me over texts and unlimited calls with tons of voice mail that my membership was past due. I don't know about you, but I am a person who likes things right and do my best to do so. After long stressful work days the last thing I wanted was to call their finance institute to deal with an distracted employee mistake. Anyway, I went online, once again updated all my info in their website, tried to pay my bill even though I had a late fee + service fees charging me. Their website was bad and I ended up paying twice... having now to call them and wait 20 minutes to speak with someone about my issue. The girl who I spoke with was great and reimbursed me, and told me I was all set with everything and for february. Three days later guess what? I got again, texts and phone call saying that my membership was past due. Sorry but. What is going on?? I emailed them, explained step by step what happened wondering what was the problem. Why is wasn't taken out automatically since all the correct info is up to date in their system.Here is their reply:Dear Inae;Re: Elite Health & FitnessYour membership is past due for $29.95 from February 27, 2019.Thank you.This is so tiring!UPDATE: After my review their ABC financial company contacted me to, finally resolve my issue. Still waiting till next month to see if it really fixes.Keith you didn't find me as a member because google uses my maiden name not my married last name which is the one the gym has it.

The place is clean, yoga class is awesome! Love the track. Jaisa Pratt has 5 stars customer service . Thank you Jaisa for taking care of my personal matter. I had my co worker join the gym because of the yoga classes availability.

I honestly think that Elite employees are being forced to write these google reviews because there's no way that this place is a 4.3 star rated facility.All of the machines and free weights are very old and unsafe! None of the equipment is bolted down or secured- which to me is a huge liability because they are unstable and lead to inadequate spacing. Unless you're paying an absurd amount of money for personal training or the Crossfit area you are stuck with all of the ancient below standard equipment. So yes....if you want to pay a lot of money then you have "state of the art" equipment.This gym preys on people who are unmotivated and not knowledgeable about exercise. All at a huge cost. The management staff changes so often that there must be something wrong.**say something a little more constructive than your go to "couldn't find you in our system" comment.** ALSO please check your demographics...you're not some high class gym that you're trying to be.

Locker rooms are very dirty. I came with a friend to use the facility before work, didn't even want to take a shower. It doesnt have that inviting feel to it, as some other facilities (LA fitness.) Steam room is the only nice thing about the mens locker room.The gym itself is really dirty too. There was a ton of dust/dirt in one of the corners near the cable machines and some of the equipment looked like it was out of service. I think I would rather stick with LA Fitness. Much more spacious, & *MUCH* cleaner, better value for the money spent.

I just signed up a few days ago, worked out here a couple tines already. Gyms really clean and everybody is friendly. So far ive done 2 spin classes, and they've been great, the instructors are very helpful. They have alot of free weights and cardio equipment. Bathrooms are clean and love the sauna and steam room.
