Elite Health & Fitness Center Stoughton

Big shout out to Elite Health and Fitness in Stoughton. I returned to the gym not knowing what to expect as far as how they have prepared for the reopening of the gym during the Covid pandemic.The gym was spotless, organized and beyond my expectations.Some of the changes they have made include: proper signage showing which ways to proceed through the gym, when you arrive they provide you with a clean towel and your own spray bottle containing a hospital grade disinfectant solution, even the bathroom sinks have been replaced with touchless faucets.Everyone working there and all members were wearing masks or full face shields. Equipment was 6 feet apart and the cardio equipment was taped off so you can only use every other machine keeping others a safe distance away. Also, while I was there there was a company installing/upgrading their air system with the IWave-C system to purify the air. They also have had the Nano Septic self cleaning surface product applied to all doors and handles.Whether you are a returning member or if you are looking for a new gym that will feel clean and safe- please give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Facility is decent and staff are kind and friendly. Just wasn’t the right gym for me. They appear to have some shady billing practices. I’m still getting billed after having cancelled a membership and disputing. I would consider taking your business elsewhere if that is a concern.

Very impressed by the entire staff and owners at Elite! The entire gym was updated to ensure that they are adhering to COVID policies and going ABOVE and BEYOND what I have seen anywhere else. It is clear that they care about their members as they have invested a lot of money into assuring that all members and staff will be safe during their time at the gym. Thank you to the owners and staff for all of your hard work and for making me feel safe and protected during my visit! I will definitely be telling my friends that Elite is the place to be.

If you are looking a family owned gym and not one of those cooperate owned gyms, Elite is the place for you. I've been a member of Elite Health & Fitness Center for 14 years, one of the best decisions I made was switching gyms. Elite is owned and operated by 2 local hard working guys who care about their members. It's a very welcoming environment for people of all shapes, sizes and abilities. Everyone from the wonderful people who keep Elite sparkling clean, to the front desk people, the class instructors, the personal trainers, and the owners Pete and Keith will make you feel welcomed. The equipment is up to date and always clean. If a piece is broke it's fixed super quick. I have taken group fitness classes, I participated in Outdoor bootcamp ( a few years ago) and I currently work with a personal trainer in a small group setting (me and 7 other people). Elite has helped me become a healthier person, I've lost weight and I am a much stronger person. Elite has that small neighborhood feel to it, the members are friendly. I have made friends who I see "outside" the gym and if was not for Elite I would not know these people. Elite also has a Physical Therapy Clinic located inside the building which is great if you need it. As you can see I gave Elite Health & Fitness 5 stars if google would allow me I would give them 10 stars. Go and Check Elite out if your looking for a new gym.

The only choice for physical therapy. These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable, I just started therapy here and I feel I am in good hands
