Kid at the front desk claimed I needed to pay $5 because there’s a black card limit on how many times you can visit other clubs. Been a member of PF for over 15 years and never heard of that in my entire life. Terrible customer service.

Staff is pleasant. There are a few minor things in need of repairs and they supposedly do not have a remote control to change any of the televisions so watching a football game while doing cardio was out of the question .
