Im giving 4 stars reason is that they dont keep spray bottles filled or paper towel holders full to wipe down items after use

Many of the equipment in facility is taken up by people on the cell phone and not even working out at the time or for example standing in front a smith machine doing dumbbell curls and not allowing it to be used for it’s intended purpose, unfortunately this happened on many an occasion; I will have to find a gym other than this one

I love this gym but planet fitness , you need more emergency exits. People these days are crazy and shooting up places for no reason and it looks like the only exit is the front entrance windows Shield shut y’all need more emergency exits please . Thank you

This is hard to rate as I am not a member however I was given a very nice tour & the rate for the basic membership is cheap. I however was asked not to take pictures which was a bummer. Nice clean place with beaucoup exercise equipment & a sliding scale for upgraded bennies!

I've been enjoying the facilities at the location. However, I'm disappointed in the staff. I've been trying to resolve an issue regarding my account since December of last year and it keeps reoccurring. Left multiple messages for the manager and regional manager to no avail. Left two messages for the owner and the staff didn't even know his name or how I'd be able to contact him.
