So this will be the Is 2nd poor review And also the last so I've been a member here since 2018 until the other day which happened to be New Year's Eve I went in there with my son whom is young but have brought in Many times without issue the staff is usually. It also Says nothing on their website about not having In there. This also happened the last time I had an issue at the gym they tried to enforce something that wasn't on their website or listed anywhere in their policies. It was kind of a fluke that I had him with me his mother had to work and he really wanted to go to the gym with her but instead he came with me because she had gotten called in, then to his disappointment when the gentleman wouldn't allow us into the gym because I had my son with me .... wouldn't allow him to sit and play his video game mind you while I worked out granted he is also super well Behaved. I asked if I could speak with a manager so they got a manager on the phone and I explained the situation and obviously New Year's Eve we couldn't find a babysitter nor should I need a babysitter for a 30 minute gym session with my son. I spoke to whom I was told it was a manager by the name of sattar amiri if I recall. I explained to him that this was a super inconvenient and if they were not willing to Compromise this individual event even though it had never been an issue before I would be canceling my membership which he seemed glad to do eager to do so even... so talk about valuing the customer right, went ahead cancelled my membership. Walked into another planet fitness without issue. Also keep in mind ive never complained on consistent late or no shows. Late openings which affects the members workdays or the poorly kept bathrooms. But hey, per pf standards they uphold what they want when they want. Thanks for making my son feel judged and unwanted at our local gym. 🤙 you just lost a 6 year military vet client and local business owner because of an unwritten policy. Gjob 👏

Would like to rate higher but I go before work so I'm there a 5 o'clock in the morning when it's supposed to open but it's 530 and it's still not open. This is the second time this week that it's late to open. A lot of people come this early so it stinks for everyone

Not really clean. Bathrooms are often without hand soap and stinky. Machines need deep cleaning.They are smelling need sanitized.

I love it, the staff are super friendly and professional

The good points about planet fitness it has plenty of gym equipment . In classes if you need it some of them are open 24 hours and if you get the black card you can go Sun tanning and sit in the massage chair me I like to take a shower when I'm done great showers and lock us bring your own lock very reasonable price
