Terrible gym. Waited now than one did late staff to open the doors at 5am.Canceled my membership and got charged a few days later, apparently I didn't cancel it on the right day.Is like anything in Brockton, low quality, zero care.Go to another gym if it's available as an option.

Absolutely horrible! Machines have dust on them for anyone with allergies this is not the place you want to be! Entrance doors and windows look like they havent been cleaned in years, cloudy and dirty. I was scared to touch anything. Will not be back. I will stay on the other side of town where appearance and standards are met

The new manager is HORRIBLE. I pay my dues every month and my fees no problem. He demanded a credit card number along with my checking account and routing # . He told me he won’t let me into the gym unless he had both. He was unreasonable and he didn’t care. Even though I always paid on time via my checking account info #scumbag reporting to AGs office

I started my membership before this location even opened. The 1st set of people that worked here were great. They used to be open 24 hours a day Monday -Friday. They closed Saturday night and Sunday night 11pm -5am. Now they close at 8 on Sunday and 9 on Friday and Saturday. But you are turned away if it's 30 minutes before closing. Actually, 40 minutes before closing, because their clocks are 10 minutes fast. I don't know why the cut off is that early, because they sure as hell don't clean the place. I've been billed multiple times for waters that I didn't request or receive. The manager told me there was nothing he could do about it.

I been coming here since it opened a few years back and the biggest reason I went there was 24 hours on 5 days to fit my work schedule. Now they no longer have 24 hour openings and they try to rush you out the door with little flexibility of those that come in an hour before closing because of other commitments. And shutting down the TV’s a half hour before closing time when it only takes a few seconds to do just triggers the members to stay right to the exact closing time. It’s almost like they don’t want your business
