THIS IS MY PREFERRED LOCATION! HOWEVER:This location will be closed for 3 weeks following a manditory shutdown for CO-VID19 due to restrictions set in place from both the City of Brockton & the State of Massachusetts.(start date: December 15, 2020)(end date: January 5, 2021)

The regional manager for this site does a great job. She is very helpfull and u can tell that she genuinely cares about the facility. She keeps the staff on their toes and is always talking to the customers for feed back.

Yesterday evening, my son and I visited this facility because we heard positive things from the Planet Fitness at Westgate Mall. When we walked through the doors there was a gentleman with a blonde ponytail and a blonde haired woman at the desk. The two of us waited 15 minutes for either one of them to make eye contact or at least acknowledge our presence. I said, " excuse me," "hello" and still no response. My son and I just walked out the door since it was apparent they didn't want our business. I guess we were just spoiled by the positive experience we had at the Westgate Mall. We were greeted by Alaina. She was professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and full of energy. This Planet Fitness receives two stars however the five stars are reserved for the Westgate Mall, Planet Fitness. First impressions are so important.

Just called to get some information on my bill. The manager started getting defensive when I asked about why I was being charged late fees, and started telling me I was giving him attitude when I wasn't. He made so upset, because I never gave him an attitude and was just trying to understand my charges... I asked to speak to someone else and he said no at first, and then proceeded telling that I was being loud that he had to pull away his phone from his ears ( I naturally speak loud). That was just very rude... Please learn when someone is actually giving you an attitude or their just frustrated they were charged extra on their bill...

The staff tends to be freindly and helpful, gym clean, equipment working as it should. Management great A++.I feel it would be best to open a little earlier with the new restrictions 4am vs 5am. This would allow more spread out capacity and better availability for 7am work shifts.
