I'm new but I was a Y member for many years and PF is just as good but less expensive and much closer to my home. If you are not into swimming PF is a no brainier.

Great location, staff is friendly, machine maintenance is poor to non-existent. Bikes all grind and skip, messages left for manager fall on deaf ears.

Great gym but if you go on a busy night you'll be waiting for weights. Also, the day pass is too expensive. The people are helpful and super friendly tho.

Signed up for an account online Through the Instagram add and they kept charging me late fees while they had all my bank account information When I went in to try to resolve it , I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because I did it online and they had an invalid account number which made no sense. All together they took $112 from September - November. Completely insane. i closed it & will never again open an account with them.

I wish it was 24/7 on weekends as well. Typically clean and organized. Weights are reracked and machines are rarely broken compared to 4 other plant fitnesses I've been too. I've only been here between 4am and 6am

Everyone has their own agenda. You go to work out, use the tread mill, lift some free weights, hit the tanning room, massage chair and your done for the day, without feeling like you're being watched. Great location too

So, I am a black card member. Apparently, that doesn't matter because I was kicked out of one of the workout areas so a trainer could have a class. It was not in the 30 minute workout area. The class consisted of one person, but I couldn't be in the entire area. I thought I paid, too. I have bot read the full rules, but this makes no sense to me.

Average facility. You’ll get whiplash between all of the signage that explain the gym’s “social fitnessing” mask safety policies and the number of dude-bros marching around with blatant disregard. There’s no enforcement from the staff/ management. It’s like it was all dreamt up from an anti-masker’s wettest fever dream. Would be 3-4/5 if there was consistent messaging from all of the signage posted throughout and staff enforcement of gym policies.
