Clean quiet relaxing. All equipment 100% working order. No safety issues. Well staffed and managed. Opens and closes on a timely basis. Plenty of parking. Handicapped accessible. My kinda place.

Clean and equipment kept up in good shape helpful n friendly 🇺🇸👍😎🏋🚴💪 since I have been a member for awhile I have seen changes where the franchise or the ppl that work their don't even enforce their own rules anymore or make sure that others who use the weights put them back when their finished. I also would like to see a couple of machines added so there is less waiting time when it's busy . Also seeing ppl walking in with bags n using multiple machines leaving their stuff on them like it's there's

Frequent this gym about 4 times a week. Staff is pretty friendly besides one young lady who is very dissmissive when asked something. Only complaint would be the blocking off of machines. Alot of the weight machines are blocked off for social distancing when I think we would rather use them at our discretion. At least rotate weekly what gets blocked off. There are machines that have been blocked off since the gym opened back up and alot of us would like to use them.

Anyone who complains needs to get over themselves. I’m able to get great workouts in here it can be crowded and hard to do machines sometimes but that’s because other people are enjoying it too! All the workers are helpful if you need them and if anyone complains about TVs not working who cares it’s 2020 bring a phone and some earbuds like 99% of the people who actually go here regularly. I was genuinely annoyed to see someone give it a 1 for that reason. I appreciate all this gym has to offer and more need to as well.

I have been a member since day one opening and never had a late payment ever.I had walked into this location to update my billing before the required time frame. The staff member continued to take my *credit card* and told me I was all set.The account I had on file was not closed out but had zero balance as I was switching banks. My old account proceeded to get charged and returned causing me to incur an overdraft fee ($35) and then my new credit card also got charged $19.99 plus a $10 late fee as they couldn’t retrieve funds from my original account. My $19.99 membership turned into a $64.99 charge.When I tried to rectify the issues, I called for the manager on three occasions in which I left a message and never received a call back. I then walked into this location on a day and time another employee told me that the manager would be and yet again, she was not present.The front desk staff proceeded to tell me that there’s nothing they can do about the past charges but apparently the original staff member should have told me that they only accept bank and routing numbers for monthly billing- not credit cards. My credit card was put on file as a back up form of payment.My overall observations of this planet fitness is that the staff is untrained, the manager is never present and they do not care about their members. I highly recommend another location or another gym.

This location is the most convenient for me, but it is always super busy when i go there, around 5 and 6 pm. Most of the staff are friendly. The locker room is usually pretty clean. After my workout, i usually enjoy a hydromassage. They usually ask for my pf card even though it's already scanned in, so keep yours handy just in case.
