The trainers are horrible. I asked for 5 minutes for someone to show me how to use some equipment . i was told i had to make an appointment. So i show up for the appointment and i m told by the trainer she cant do that i jave to sign up for a class to be shown. No classes are available in my schedule. So i watch the trainer for the. next hour and half while i am working out and she is doing nothing behind the counter except chatting, looking at her phone, and computer. She coldnt find 5 minutes to help a paying client? Not acceptable!!!!

This is a newer location, with all new equipment,and it's in a decent spot with plenty of parking. If you are really planning on sticking to your fitness goal than you cant beat the price here. With the upgraded membership you're allowed to bring a friend to workout with you for free! This location has free tanning, both booths and beds , and hydro-massage chairs free to members. While working out u can rent movies to watch while doing your cardio .. there's classes to take, huge full locker rooms & guarded lockers for your more valuable items. Conveniently located at a major bus stop along a main bus route & also just around the corner from Massasoit Community College.

Truly a judgment free zone. I'm a Black Card member and I enjoy taking advantage of the hydraulic massage bed. There are two locations near me, which doesn't leave any excuse not to workout. Manager at the Westgate mall is friendly and courteous.

The place is very big, and very clean. The machinery as well spaced out, and it's intelligently organized. You shouldn't have a problem finding a machine that you want to use. Even the free weight area is larger than most of the planet fitness is I've visited. If you have a black card they also offer tanning hydro massage therapy, massage chairs, and red light therapy. They're open 24 hours which makes it convenient most days of the week.

Very nice and clean Gym. You don't need to wait for a machine, there's a lot of options.. Running / 30min Full workout / Abs / Stretching / showers / lockers, everything for workout and after workout needs. 24H service and you you may bring a guest which is awesome.
