LOVE THIS GYM! I've been going to F45 Maple Grove for a year now and have nothing but good things to say. It's the first place where I maintained consistency in going to classes. The classes are always different where you don't get stuck going to the same class and you can't anticipate the class. The instructors are great with high energy and accommodate to different workout levels.Since going to F45, it has resulted in great physical results (without changing my diet). Would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new workout place!

F45 is a nice balance between Orange Theory and CrossFit. The group setting is amazing, the coaches do a great job and it's a pheromonal workout in 45 minutes. Take a week and try it out!

F45 Maple Grove has an amazing staff to assure a fun and safe workout. Great music, huge energy, a group setting, and zero intimidation. They combine strength and conditioning, offer classes 7 days a week at convenient times, and I never leave without *all* the high fives.

I love F45. If you are looking for a work out that will push you while having fun then this is the place. The trainers are amazing! They do a great job of making sure you are doing every move correctly and more importantly safely. Zach will push you to add weights which is exactly the extra push I need sometimes. The community is incredible. All the high fives after class. A community I never knew I was missing. And if you are feeling up to it, the 5am work out crew is incredible! Thank you F45 for an amazing 2 months so far.
