Very cool space with plenty of equipment for all levels. The workouts lead you through circuits and keep you moving the whole class, get ready to sweat!

I love the community and atmosphere at F45! The music and trainers make it fun to be there working out and it’s only 45 minutes so I look forward to going!

This workout is amazing! I have not had this much fun exercising in the past. The people running the place are extremely friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend getting a membership.

I have been to many fitness centers that are class based and this one has by far been my favorite. The workouts are challenging but doable for all ages! The facility is brand new and remains clean and in tip top shape for every class. The staff is very friendly, fun, helpful and want you to do your best. My favorite part though, is the community here. The staff and people who attend the classes become friends and family. I would highly recommend checking this place out and hope to see you there soon for a killer workout! 💪🏼
