Newer space but not new trainers, they know their stuff. They take their time to help or modify the workouts to ensure good form and prevent injury. Great for newbies or vets with a variety of workout times that will fit almost any schedule. Relaxed environment and always very welcoming.

I’ve been going to the gym for a year now, and it’s one of the highlights of my week to go to my classes. I’ve seen results from the hard work, and the trainers are always helping their community grow by providing them health and form knowledge. The community is great, as well, which was a special bonus joining!

Blown away by the amazingly encouraging environment they have created here. I hate working out, and after one month I am hooked. Doing the daily class at 5:15am has been a blast and I couldn’t think of going a day with out it. This place is for normal folks, and every one is pushed to challenged themselves and not go crazy.Been so pleased by the professionalism of all the coaches and their knowledge of sports fitness. They have a genuine concern for my wellbeing.

Want to never get bored of your workout? Go here.Every day it is something new. I cannot wait to get there and push myself. I've made new friends who help push and support me, the owners and trainers are friendly and make you strive to be your best. I have never once felt any type of judgement from other members, everyone is inspiring and down to earth. Also, I've seriously never felt stronger since joining in August. Such an amazing place.

Not only do you get a great workout in only 45 minutes, but all the instructors focus on form for all the lifts. Before each class, they take the time to properly demonstrate how to do the lifts and help you master that form so you do not injure yourself. You aren't just a number at this gym and they treat you like family here. Couldn't ask for a better gym to call my home.

I was trying to get back to the gym for several months. pregnancy was really hard on my body, I felt like I needed to get my strength back and tone a lotsssss. I started a challenge that they have and on week 4 I can tell you that I’m starting to see my muscles,my legs and stomach are more toned . They are very professional and they make sure you are doing the exercises the proper way. All the trainers are super nice and very helpful. They have lots of classes throughout the day so I’m sure you can find a time for yourself.

I have been going to In Motion for about 3 weeks now. It has been just the change of pace I needed to get back to working out. I love the group fitness aspect and the instructors are great! There is so much variety, the 45 minute classes just fly by each day! Really enjoying it so far!

I am four weeks in and I cant say enough positive about this gym. It is convenient, has flexible workout times, a staff that is helpful on all fronts, the workouts are fun, intense, and built for every level. It took months of my wife insisting that I do something. Here we are, and I plan to keep on with it. I highly recommend this gym!

You can always expect to get a good workout at this place. I took a trial of this gym in the summer of 2017 with a friend, and I think I'm here to stay. The atmosphere is "close and personal," tons of room, but the members are like family. Fun challenges each week, too.

I love this gym. The coaches put together great workouts that are effective for all levels of fitness. I have many injuries and the coaches modify workouts to meet my needs. They all want you to succeed and put in the extra effort to make sure you do so.
