I love this gym. The coaches put together great workouts that are effective for all levels of fitness. I have many injuries and the coaches modify workouts to meet my needs. They all want you to succeed and put in the extra effort to make sure you do so.

Great workouts with great people. The gym itself is well equipped and the workouts are challenging yet can work for any fitness level. The staff do a great job of making group workouts personal without being overbearing. Highly recommended!

Fresh, clean, and locally owned gym, could you ask for anything better? This place rocks!One of my favorite things is there aren't any "open" time slots to come workout, you workout for 45 minutes at posted class times. This is a great idea because we're often working out with the owners, who are really there to see progress, not just take people's money.Speaking of, the only thing that holds me back is the monthly fees. It costs enough that if you sign up, you will be working out, yet it's quite a bit higher than what I'm used to paying. Other than cost, this gym hits it out of the park and comes HIGHLY recommended!

I started at In Motion about 3 months ago and went from working out a couple times a month before joining to 6 times per week at In Motion. The workouts are different each day and provide awesome results. The coaches are all knowledgeable and supportive so that it creates a really great culture to work out at. If you have been looking for something to kickstart your workouts In Motion is your place.

I've loved working out the past month at In Motion Fitness! If you're looking for a challenging, fairly quick workout with like-minded people and great coaches, this is the place for you. At In Motion, my 45 minutes a day working my muscles (strength) and endurance (conditioning) is paying off! Thank you for offering your PUSH program.

I am really enjoying the workouts every morning for the past 4 week, even if 515am is really early for me. Having a fun group to workout with makes the tiredness less of a bother. I am feeling great and really getting good return on my investment in myself with this gym. If you have been struggling with finding a routine to stick with, give In Motion a try, you won't regret it.

I have been struggling with my weight and overall health my whole life and have never been able to find the right intensity workout to complete in order to see results, which has been very frustrating! When I did workout, I liked to attend classes (Zumba, kickboxing, etc.) at Lifetime. However, due to financial reasons, I had to recently quit my membership at Lifetime, so I was just doing cardio exercises on my own at home without much results. I was invited to check out In Motion Fitness by a friend as part of their May member/non-member challenge. I went into the challenge skeptical and kind of scared. I was intimidated by all the equipment they had at the gym and afraid of what exercises they were going to make me do and if I would be judged if I couldn't do them all. Well, that attitude was quickly thrown out the window! After starting at In Motion, yes, the equipment still seemed intimidating, but as I attended classes, I was taught properly how to use all the equipment and was taught modifications to all of the scheduled exercises for that day and how to get the same effect/work same muscle group(s). Throughout my time at In Motion this month, I have grown to really appreciate the staff. Megan, Andrew, and all their staff are AMAZING and really helpful and personable to help/coach you when needed. Not only are the staff amazing, but the other members are super nice and friendly too, no judging! You feel like you are part of one big family, who helps and encourages each other out constantly while you are there. Everyone I have met has been nothing but nice!Now that the challenge is over, I have decided to become a member of this gym because I like the program so much and I know that my health is important! I have definitely seen results physically, mentally, and emotionally this month because of working out at In Motion. If you are considering checking In Motion out, I would HIGHLY recommend giving it a try and joining more than just your standard "gym", but a family who is willing to work with and encourage you where you are at to help you become a better YOU! Plus, it is FUN! I am SO GLAD that I did this challenge!

A friend asked me to join a challenge and I reluctantly agreed to give it a try but little did I know this gym could be life changing. I've been struggling to get into a fitness routine that works for me as a busy working Mom. I am not typically a morning person but now I've been going to the 6:15 am class almost daily and NEVER regret getting out of bed! It's fun, challenging and the time goes so fast. I love starting my day at In Motion and look forward to going each day!

In April, 2017, at the recommendation of friends, my husband and I began working out at In Motion Fitness. They offered us a free week just to try the gym out. I can honestly say that before the week was out, we were ready to join. The owners and trainers are genuinely interested in helping each member grow in their fitness journey where ever that journey may start. My journey was impacted by previous hip and back issues, but the trainers helped me make the necessary adjustments to avoid injury while gaining strength. Now in my mid-fifties, I feel stronger and less susceptible to injury than I did in my forties. One more highlight of our experience at In Motion is the community. Members become friends, cheering each other along and challenging each other. Joining In Motion has been a wonderful, worthwhile investment.
