The services Jai Dee offers are transformational! They offer yoga, Thai massage, reiki and other personal development classes. Even if you are new to all of these, the instructors at Jai Dee are extremely helpful in explaining the benefits of each and walk you through everything.

Amazing yoga and meditation classes. Highly recommend to all levels, beginners, experts and anyone in between. The studio has a wonderful energy that melts away stress and the owner is a beautiful person, inside and out! You'll definitely have a great time taking her classes.

I've been going to Jai Dee for a couple of months now, and each time I am amazed at how my body feels after each massage. They do a wonderful job of listening to your body when working on you. Communication is very a big emphasis during the massage to ensure that you get the most out of your time. They are eager to share their knowledge if you have questions and always provide a very friendly atmosphere!

I had my first experience both with Thai massage and Tarot reading with Michelle.THAI MASSAGEThe Thai massage was exactly what I needed...a combo of acupressure and stretching from head to toe. I've had many years of traditional deep tissue massage but Thai massage made me feel centered, relaxed and energized. (I've had two sessions now, and plan to go monthly as part of my self-care routine!)TAROT READINGI didn't know what to expect from my 5-card tarot reading but have always been interested in doing it. I cannot say enough about this amazing experience. It feels like I was meant to connect with Michelle. I did a virtual reiki session and it was my first attempt at doing any kind of reiki! Wow is honestly all I can say! It felt so tailored to my needs and I felt the connection despite being about 1000 miles away! Great communication before and after. Go try this out-you will not be disappointed. You may become obsessed like I am now!! Thank you, Michelle, for a truly life changing experience!

I had the best 1.5 hour massage! I wasn't feeling grounded and had a lot of pain on my shoulders, neck, and back. Michelle was amazing!! She knew exactly how to dissipate the pain. I was able to relax more and more. She grounded me and it felt wonderful! I'm definitely recommending Michelle to all of my friends. She really is a great and Jai Dee is a beautiful place!
