I started going to Jai Dee for Thai Massage for chronic debilitating migraines. With much improvement, including restoring range of motion from an old shoulder injury, I'm also back to yoga and learned to Zentangle. Michelle has such great energy and kind heart that you feel good just being there.

The space at Jai Dee is terrific and the treatment rooms are lovely. I had a massage with Becky and she not only wanted to know what areas of the body I wanted to work on, she listen to me and spent time on my trouble spots! The pace and pressure were perfect! I also got some additional sound healing, which was amazing! I highly recommend Becky for massage and as a yoga instructor!

Used their services for an event on our Anoka Technical College Campus. They were on time and even stayed after to ensure all of our students got a massage as well as finished their Zentangle sessions. I highly recommend them for the high quality services they provide and the very reasonable costs. If you have a business event or a campus event that needs some stress relief they are the best around that I have used.

Highly recommend!! I have taken TYB and Zentangle classes and both were awesome! Michelle is a terrific instructor who is both caring and knowledgable. I cannot recommend Synchrony enough!

I've had individual TYB sessions and taken the couples TYB class. Both have been immensely helpful. It has improved my running and helped prevent injury. Michelle is knowledgable and professional and I cannot recommend Synchrony highly enough!

I had my first prenatal yoga class here at Jai Dee and it was so wonderful! My instructor was professional and really knew what she was doing and teaching. I will definitely be back for more classes.

Michelle is wonderful, and I love the new space in Osseo. I took advantage of the Thai Massage recently. My back was so strained prior to my massage due to a contact sport, and not eventwo days after I was painfree, and twisting my back again.I know there are wonderful yoga workshops, as I have attended in the past at the previous location. I definitely recommend!
