Michelle is amazing, she has a gift of very quickly being able to zero in on a problem area. While at the same time offering tips and suggestions on what to do at home for prevention. In addition to helping my painful hip and knee she improves my entire well-being, so I am able to push my workouts to a higher level. I have done traditional massage and acupuncture in the past and what Michelle does has helped me more than the other two combined.

Michelle and Becky go above and beyond for the clients. As soon as I entered I felt relaxed and welcomed. The entire experience was amazing from beginning to end. I highly recommend them to everyone! If you have not yet visited Synchrony, now is the time!

Michelle and company are so wonderful! I've taken a zentangle class and participated in a chakra series with Synchrony and have enjoyed every minute. Beautiful humans sharing their gifts to help me in different areas of my life. I highly recommend taking a class with Michelle to learn more about yourself and how to get the most out of life! My sessions have been amazing. You come with a opportunity to change your perspective and inner self whether for self healing, homeopathic wellness, internal recharge, slow moving muscles to reboot etc. The space is warm, open, inviting and comforting.You leave with an openess, zen feeling about you. Refreshed, rejuvenated, recharged for your days ahead. I wanted to find some balance, inner energy I was lacking, sore knees from a fall on the ice, needed a personal reboot. Loved everything about my time there. Can’t wait to go back

I was not sure if Reiki was for me, but I was open to trying it. Now I don't think I can ever go without Reiki! My sessions have left me feeling like a sense of calm has washed over me. I feel my energy change both during and after the session. It is indescribable and truly incredible! I highly recommend Michelle for anyone that is in need of energy work. She is phenomenal!
