They do not care about people, especially a disabled, lonely man. All I want is someone to hit a tennis ball with. Their pros will not get me a game which I thought was part of their job. Expensive club if you aren't going to use it

I really enjoy this location, it’s quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa here is amazing too! It seems like a lot of the negative reviews come from a place of ignorance and hatred. As someone who has been to many different types of gyms, this is place is by far one of the nicer and much much cleaner ones.

Very large facility. Great equipment. Not sure why it has lower star ratings. There are a lot of teens here at certain times, in the weight room. I prefer Woodbury location over Fridley.

This is by far the dirtiest gym I ever been apart of. The hot tub and bathroom area are very dirty. Insects were coming out of the hot tub and crawling around.

The Fridley club is a shady place. On Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023 someone got into my locked locker with a key, took my wallet out of my pants pocket and stole my credit card. They refolded my tri-fold wallet backwards and put it back in my pants pocket upside down then re-locked the locker to make it look like nothing was missing. It was obvious to me by the wallet position and fold that something happened when I went to put my member card back in my wallet. First thing I noticed was my credit card was gone. HERE'S THE KICKER... The master locker key is kept in an unlocked janitor closet in the men's locker room. I saw 3 guys that were clearly not employees coming out of it about 45 minutes before I found my locker has been broken into. No manager was onsite when I reported it and I was told she would call me back about it. 6 days later I still have not received a call. So, today I called the corporate office to report it and was told that the Director of Member Services would be calling me back shortly. NO CALL BACK!!! I canceled my membership to Life Time Fitness because of this. And now they are going to charge me for an additional month of dues anyway.***Apparently you need to write a public review on Google in order to get a response. But this issue did not get resolved.***I found out from a friend that locker break-in’s are common at this club.

Great gym and usually has great customer service but the new curly haired girl who scans card seems to have an attitude. She doesn’t smile or say hi back. She kind of gives a cold look and scans your card. I asked her what are the hours for Christmas Eve, She just pointed at a sign. Very rude and disrespectful. I work in sales thats very poor customer service.

Today I saw a woman get into the hot tub wearing a long black nightgown. That is not proper swimwear. My concern is for the healthiest environment for us all. Don't the rules apply to everyone?

I participated in the 6:45pm hot yoga class here. The heat was barely on, I did not even sweat. Compared to the same exact class at the Edina location which is 90 degrees in the room this was not hot yoga. I would expect classes across locations to be consistent.

Other than the horrible guest pass design. the mens locker rooms has actually improved. it does not reek anymore. You get two guest passes per month but cannot bring the same guest until 60 days later. which I don’t understand whose great idea that was. Basketball gyms are decent. Weight room is decent. I haven’t used the pool but the outside pool looks like nice. Membership for single adult and one kid $130 is a bit pricey. considering going back to the YMCA clubs.

Updated:Thank you for the reply, to speak with one of the staff. I did spoke to many staffs, manager and the director. And that's the response I received, that's why I wrote this review as there is no resolution to the issue.***Our children always been active and was member at RAC in Rochester for 10+ years and it always been an excellent service and communication.Moved up to the city and signed the children at lifetime fridley. It was ok until this week when the children was injured and trying to get the membership status adjusted due to medical reason, it has been a nightmare. Felt like I was accused of lying about the injury to get away paying the membership. I provided Doctor note but was told that note for one of the child was not acceptable. I’ma parent of the child, i won’t know what doctor put on the note and its not my place to tell the dr what to write. So I was told to get an updated one. I wish lifetime know how hard and time consuming it is trying to get a doctor note from a clinic, many people to talk too, being transfer, putting on hold to the end of being told that someone will call back. Then I was told lifetime refunded something to my credit card, but then was also told that it was an error and have to recharged me. I haven’t seen any refund on my card but lifetime sent the charges.I can’t believe how difficult and complicated it is to have account changes due to medical and to have a decent communication rather than, “sorry thats what’s needed and what you have to do, there’s nothing i can do.”All I want is to put the membership on paused for medical reason, until they are healthy and fully recovered.I have no choice but to cancel the membership. I’m very disappointed with he service.
