This is a gem of a Life Time club. It is spacious & open, so it always feels comfortable. There are a lot of spaces to work in in and around the cafe. The childcare is wonderful. The fitness classes have great instructors and are very social. The locker rooms are really nice & well maintained. The staff is super friendly. The pools indoors & outdoors are very nice. I'm surprised it isn't a higher level club given how nice it is.

Love this gym. The swimming area along with the tennis courts and crew, they're wonderful. The children center is awesome and the staff that work it are terrific. My only complaint would be the lack of cleaning, this would be a concern under normal times, but especially these days. The people who use the upstairs workout area rarely clean their machines after using and I never see staff cleaning. I would love to see more regular wipe downs of everything and have the staff remind /enforce people to wipe down after using any piece of equipment.

I recently canceled my membership with life time fitness due to safety issues. I have been a member since 2012 and never had any major problems until the new manager Nicole came in. Marco the manager we had for years was great manager and always respectful with members’, the staff under his management were happy, welcoming and always helpful. I notice many changes since he left ,many of the old staff are gone .Parents are allowed to drop off teenagers who are not responsible and cause problems, use bad language at the basketball court, hang outside in the parking lots. She hired 2 Somali American staff to monitor the Somali teen’s behavior but when other ethnicities act disrespectfully she does nothing which shows her racist attitude. Women take pictures and videos of themselves in the locker room and no staff member stop them even though it’s against the rules, so if you are woman don’t expect privacy in women locker, I reported mice that was just running in common area that is disgusting in place that services food and the membership fees that keep on going up is total joke. I refused to give 30 days’ notice and called corporate office who called the manager and that was resolved.

Wow! This is the best club Ive ever belonged to. They have an indoor track, three pools, many group workout rooms, tennis, racquetball and pickleball courts and two large levels of equipment, as well as a steam room, sauna and whirlpool. Staff are constantly cleaning and disinfecting the floors, equipment and locker rooms. It's the cleanest club I've ever belonged to. I highly recommend Life Time Fitness.

Has every piece of equipment you would ever need, want. Staff is friendly, accomdative. Honestly wish the other clientele, would be more respectful of the club and its property... I mean how hard is it to put away a towel as you are leaving... Overall it's a good luxury club. Much better than LA fitness. It's wide open atmosphere, equipment is not shoved together like other places.

Got a membership yesterday. Friendly staff. Large areas for working out. Interesting times for gyms during the pandemic, but their staff went above and beyond to clean the place and not bother people while we were working out. Keep up the good work and great processes!

This is a Gold-level location-- 2 out of Lifetime's 5 tiers-- that is way nicer kept and has way more features than that level even should!Been a member for about 2 years and could not be happier with the value we have gotten out of membership here. Tennis courts, two pools, two saunas and hot tubs, an indoor track, lots of Olympic weight-lifting pads and cable machines... Everything I can imagine needing. It's busy on weeknights at 5-- like every gym in America-- but most other times, this place is so vast that you can find your own space and make use of high-quality, well-kept equipment.

One of the nicer facilities, definitely better than other 'gold' level clubs here. Not as busy as some too (like Plymouth!) Locker rooms are huge, and the pool is available for lap swim often. I really like the yoga studio area, but I'm not the biggest fan of most group fitness instructors at this club. I also don't like how the weight/cardio machine area is split between two floors - not very efficient. This is another location with the hot tub, sauna, and steam room inside the locker room - definite bonus!

They claim that they stopped being 24 hr because they had "seen a significant decline in overnight usage". Really. They made this change in June. I'm guessing there is always a decline in usage in summer time in Minnesota, since people can get more of a workout outside. I go here specifically to walk around the track, in non summer months. During the summer , they still are happy to TAKE MY MONEY. That's right. So when you they noticed there were less people showing up , were those people still paying?. If they re-opened up to 24hr during fall , winter , and spring do you think they'd have INCREASED overnight usage? Probably. But we won't find out because they've already made the change and I'm sure have no desire to go back. They don't actually care about the members. They care about the bottom line. And late night users don't add any extra revenue. No massages. No personal trainers used. Never mind that many people joined because it was a 24 hr gym. Also, none of the 24 hr locations that I've gone to have a track. So I'm left pacing back on forth next to the basketball court, which doesn't really bother me, but I do have to pay attention so I don't get run over or hit by a ball. Also, the basketball players seem to be a little confused about what I'm doing. As others have also mentioned, I have no illusions that my complaint will make any difference. They've got plenty of members and are making tons of money. they can pretty much do what they want now. If another company had good facilities and the things I want in a club, I'd give it a try .

I originally joined this gym as it was the only deluxe gym close to me that was open 24 hours. I loved going later at night and having my choice of the equipment, pool, and hot tub with little of the hustle of the daytime. I do not like going to this gym during the day because it gets very busy, I liked going between 11pm-2am when it was quieter and less people. However, they recently changed their hours to only be open 4am-12am. I find this INCREDIBLY disappointing and I may be moving my membership to another gym. I don't understand what 4 hours less a day really does for them - they also have raised my rates over the years and I no longer see the value. I think being open even until 1am would be better than 12am, but I'm sure this review won't make a difference in this decision. It is very sad because I used to enjoy this gym, but they now seem to cater to people who get up at 3am instead of people who go to bed later like myself. By the time I get to the gym now I feel rushed to get my workout done whereas if it was open even an hour later I think it would make a big difference.
