Joseph at the Lifespa is a life saver. I was getting my workout in and had a big client opportunity I needed to get right for. I was leaving the gym and was literally rushing to google barbershops so I could rush to get a haircut done before appointment with client. As I was walking out I caught a glimpse of Lifespa and stopped in my tracks. I walked in asking if they had availability and I was surprised that they did! Joseph did such a great job with the haircut. He really takes pride in his craft. Not only that but his customer service was phenomenal. Sets the standard with his care and his questions to make sure things are going how I wanted them to. Crazy to think I may be looking to get my haircuts at Lifetime moving forward but he definitely earned it with a job well done and a great experience.

I love this location and LifeTime in general. I see a lot of negativity about the cleanliness, although I've always had a pleasant and clean experience in the locker room and out on the floor. As for some people not liking the "attitudes" of people at the desk...get over yourself lol. Great place to work out!

Not being able to use majority of the lockers due to switching to the new locks and making one looking all over the lockers for one that you can use is frustrating ! And needs to be fixed !

Lockers are always locked somehow at 6 in the morning with barely 12 cars in parking lot the men’s locker room lockers are all occupied. Management continues to completely ignore the issue. Many other members have complained as well because it’s the main topic to us regulars. I picked lifetime for my family for luxury offers like clean lockers but those aren’t so luxurious anymore because management continues to ignore the issue.I will come back to this review once this locker issue is addressed.

I have been a member about 3 years and every time my sister go to this location they have a bad experience in the women locker room because of the woman stuff they have in the locker room and their bad attitude about my sister wearing fit inside the locker room and the supervisor wasn’t helpful and not appreciate that we are members of the best gym in the states. I hope they work on making better management and professional communication skills. I put 2 stamps to be fair the gym deserve 6/5 but the management is making it looks bad

I’ve been a member at this location for awhile now and am disappointed about the cleaning standards. My most recent issue is the women’s sauna, open entering it doesn’t have a nice cedar smell, it smells of dried sweat very strongly. You can see all the collected sweat and hair in between the wood planks, it hasn’t been cleaned in the 5+ months I’ve been a member here.Edit: so glad to see that the women’s sauna has now been cleaned! Now time for the men’s, I hear it is quite dirty from my partner.

Life Time Fitness has changed. The AURA programming for 55 and up is superb! I was pleased by the respect, positive attitude and helpfulness of all the staff. I rejoined them post Covid to find that they took the opportunity to retool themselves into a very inclusive, tolerant and kind cultural atmosphere, as well. I would only like to see more diversity among staff. Otherwise-BRAVO!
