This has my by far been my best choice in a gym. The staff are super nice and helpful, very friendly atmosphere. The gym is kept very clean and there is more than enough equipment to cover all members. There is an area for children. I have seen children participating in events in other areas like on the basketball court. Teens have the same choices as adults from using the equipment to taking the classes. Cannot share enough positive sentiments about this Lifetime.

I canceled my membership a few months ago due to feeling unsafe at this location. Some of the people who work here are very nice but others were very rude to me. I just wanted to be able to work out in peace but for some reason several employees and members here became obsessed with me and would follow me and stare while I was working out. Then when I just wanted to be left alone they would get angry and start giving me dirty looks and roll their eyes. Happened with a few employees and some members. I also had a man follow me to my car. This place has security cameras which I liked at first but once the staff started stalking me the cameras suddenly made me feel very unsafe since I didn't know who to trust. There was also a girl who worked in the locker room who would walk around talking on her cell phone. Some of the employees do not follow the rules at all. I would give it 1 star but will give 2 because the facility itself is very large and had everything I needed. Too bad about the bad attitudes and rule breakers. I was also treated very rude at the front desk on many occasions. Some were very nice and others were very mean and would roll their eyes and not even say hi when I came in. I do not recommend this location at all.

NORMALLY 5 stars or 5+ stars - facilities are nice, good people, but....I miss my gym the way it was. It has been six weeks since two of my three classes were canceled. They were wonderful classes. Many, many people were upset - I counted between the two classes and at least 60 different people affected by the cancellations. Many of us wrote and complained - as politely as possible when one is upset, and we were told that they are "working on it" and that both our former teachers are under consideration. On Sunday at Hip Hop there were 8 or 9 new classes posted on the door - 4 cycle classes, yoga, sculpt, etc. - the signature classes - the way LF wants to go - tons of cycle and toning. We all looked at that list with disappointment because neither of our classes were on that list and it has been almost two months. How are they "working on it." ? Where/how? I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED my gym before. :-)

Really solid gym - for the amount of stuff and quality of the facility, surprised it's only a Gold club. The weight room is split across two floors, which makes it a challenge to do circuits, and they only have a couple of rowing machines for cardio - but I am also one of the rare people who enjoys using them. The trainers have been super helpful, and the crowd here is pretty welcoming without attitude. The renovations to the locker room they just did are nice, and I do enjoy the pool. Gets way busy on the weekend mornings with families, but otherwise haven't really had to wait for machines or equipment.

WORST GYM EVER‼️ I wish I could give 0 stars. You pay 80+$$ dollars for your SINGLE MEMEBERSHIP & if you get a permanent locker and your things get STOLEN from the workers and the bums that also attend this gym. I was going to this gym all year and they broke into my locker and STOLE my gym bag and shower caddy, CLOTHES and a bunch of other things!! THE LIFETIME CORPORATE OR MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE AT ALL THEIR RESPONSE IS “it happens all the time” okay so they let their workers get the master key to steal your stuff!! THEY DON’T COMPENSATE FOR ANYTHING AT ALL!! So I canceled and they still wanted to charge me for canceling after I got things stolen from their people at their gym!!!! I had a organized locker I came in one day to all my things scattered around someone was obviously in there it never looked like this!!! Everything was organized by the gym bad and shower caddy that I’ll never get back, thanks lifetime for all the anxiety and stress you’ve caused!!! So F this gym & all the nasty scummy thieves that work & go there!!!!

This is a review of the Lifespa and the Gold Plus level Lifetime Fitness club behind it. In addition I can tell you a thing or two about some of the fitness trainers there, based on where you want to go. But for that you have to ask me a question specifically. But, I can give you the secret to success, seek your Healthy Rewards and make it as fun and interesting for your brain as possible, since it's your brain that will decide how often you go to the gym. Now, let's get on to the review. This gym has the full spectrum high-end gym requirements that any person could want. It has plenty of barbells, stations, machines, free weights, powerlifting stations, yoga mats, more machines. A track an indoor swimming pool water classes and an outdoor pool. Indoor basketball courts, indoor tennis courts, outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts. It has a Life Cafe with tons of delicious protein and good carb food choices that are delicious and therefore easily absorbed because you're enjoying it. If you want this 'fitness stuff' to work you have to find your fun. If it's not fun you won't engage with it on a mental Mind Body experience which is what It ultimately takes to get the best outcome. Not only that, but if your brain doesn't find it fun, your brain will find something else to do other than going to the gym. This concludes the review of the gym itself.LIFE SPA is a full spa attached to the gym, with a sauna, steam room and hot tub in both men's and women's locker rooms, towels and showers. It has Barber services, manicure, pedicure and who knows what fancy treatments. You'll have to ask them, I'm a guy. They also have massage therapy, which is absolutely necessary to any intensive workout regimen if you plan on getting your maximum benefit in the shortest time. If you're buying protein powders and holding to a regimen- then I'm talking to you. If you're not getting massage then you are missing about $160 a month of body tuning done with some semi-sadistic deep tissue fascial rip specialist, like my man Greg. I do an advanced yoga, Tai Chi, and kettlebell practice. Because this is what my brain enjoys. Currently I'm up in the ante, with focused kettlebell training twice a week with alex, the 'Jack LaLane' of kettlebell here in this part of the city. To get the most out of this training I also receive 4 massages a month or roughly one a week. As a VIP services member I get a discount. Without the massages, I would lose about 25% of my potential benefit from this intensive and not inexpensive professional kettlebell training regimen. The Life Spa staff is very attentive mindful and a good reminder source for all of your scheduled services. You could pay more and get less, elsewhere. I recommend combining it with a club membership and just making it your thing. As I see it, you can either line your coffin with money because you didn't take care of your self, or you can invest the money in taking care of your self. I know which choice I am making.

This Life Time location has gone done in service and quality over the years. I was a member back around 2010 and left in 2011 and came back after moving back to MN in 2017. In 2010 there were so many classes and activities to choose from, now, not so much. They have towel service, showers, spa area (haircut, nails, massage, etc.), basketball courts, tennis courts (at this location), multiple weight areas, walking track, one large cardio area, racquetball courts and classes in each of the designated rooms. The membership is expensive, we pay $140 for two people per month for the Gold membership. Then you have to pay for extras such as special classes or upgrade to a Platinum membership if you want to play tennis, then pay for court fees. Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, but I feel like there are SO MANY MORE PEOPLE, especially during peak hours. It's hard to find open machines and people just sit on the machines. I prefer to come at off peak times but sometimes it's not possible. Many of the yoga classes feel like they've been combined into 3 types and there aren't as many pilates classes as I remember. I also remember there being more spin classes, but now I only see one or two a day at most. The service has also gone downhill. The employees seem aloof and rarely friendly. I asked for a paddle board while swimming on a Saturday afternoon by calling the front desk. They said they would look for someone to open up the locked equipment. I called back 10 minutes later and the front desk said that no one, including operations/maintenance, had the keys for any of the locked swim equipment. Kind of weird situation at best.I like the services offered at this gym but I feel like Life Time needs to fix its customer service such as the attitudes of the employees and class offerings that people want.

My preferred branch in the NW zone of LifeTime. Great local, but often busy. Great locker rooms and showers, even during peak hours I don't find myself waiting long for squat racks. I'd love a climbing wall or a dedicated lap pool. The 1/8 mile track is great and the outdoor pool during the summer is great for my families. The single star reviews on here are baffling. I have never had a billing issue and any employees are always reasonable and friendly.

Great gym! It's a little on the pricey side I think, but the amenities are there, definitely. They upgraded and repaired the steam room, which is great since it needed repair. Most, if not all of the clientele is great and the equipment and locker rooms are always very clean. I come for the pool to get 95% of my exercise and it is almost always spotless although they should definitely have someone skim it a little better between rushes. The only thing I would change are the hours for the outdoor pool. I get it, it's dark. But I'm paying quite a bit of money and I work in restaurants. Every once in a while I want to take in a night swim outside. I don't think that's too much to ask, right? I'd even sign a waiver if that's what it took.

I love this gym. The front desk workers are polite & quick, the group fitness teachers are knowledgeable & fun, the cleaning crew is helpful & hard working and the cafe staff is friendly. The group fitness options are great (and free with membership). The gym & woman's locker room are huge and kept clean. I love the food offered at the cafe; I get my dinner to-go frequently.I was a life-guard at a community center for 5 years, so I can be rather picky about clubs and their staff. I am happily paying $20 more per month for this club over the one I left (crap tiny strip mall gym that I hated going to).I've been a member since 2010, and there have always been curtains in the woman's showers. I cannot speak for the men's or family locker rooms though...
