Love Surge! BEST bikes in the Twin Cities and awesome group of Instructors. Extremely motivating, encouraging and friendly! Studios are immaculate and extremely clean/sanitized. Great selection of music to go with some very spirited rides...best part is the Instructors always encourage you to ride at the pace you feel most comfortable at.

I walk out of my class at Surge with my spirit lifted, heart full, and body energized. The welcoming atmosphere is unlike any where else. You are encouraged & accepted to own the class you are in - modifying or challenging yourself as necessary to make the most of your time in the studio. Surge is my happy place!

My very first cycling class experience and it was off the charts amazing! From the moment I walked in the door I was taken care of and greeted with encouragement and a positive energy. The owner helped me get everything set up and gave me a quick walk thru on how to use the cycling bike. I started the class feeling comfortable and confident and ended it feeling enthusiastic and excited for my next one. If you are hesitant but want to try then this place is for you! Just get yourself there and they will help you have the best experience. It was so much fun!P.S- I'm not an athlete. I'm a 39 year old mom with 4 kids. My life can feel draining and this class filled me back up!

This place is amazing!! Great instructors, fun playlists and just a super positive vibe. When I first hopped on a bike at this studio 2 years ago, I was instantly hooked! Now it is keeping me sane during this crazy time.

I’m an out of state guest just visiting, and I had a great time at class! The teacher was awesome and all staff was super friendly. I will be back every time I visit!
