Surge Cycling has great bikes, great facility, and great classes. Such nice and intense instructors, and wonderfully nice front desk staff too. Try it out!!

Awesome class and awesome staff. Everyone was super welcoming and it was a great first time experience! Loved the music during the class and made the class go by fast. I'd definitely attend another one soon!

Donald was a great instructor! Very good at explaining the ride and motivational. Nice studio. Bikes were great. LOVED the cold towel at the end.

This was my first spin class ever. I about died but made it through. The instructor was great and they also had another person in the room helping new riders set up and explain the bike. Will definitely be returning.

My happy place! Always a great workout. (From someone who used to hate cardio...I can now say it is my very favorite part of every week!) Never the same workout twice. A super supportive crowd with instructors who motivate and guide throughout!

The atmosphere is amazing and you can feel the energy! Donald was one of the best instructors I’ve ever had, he brings the energy, fun and and awesome workout! Loved it!

Wow! Intense but fun! This was our first time here. We were greeted immediately. We were shown around the place. It's very clean and modern.We did the Sunday Hip hop with Anna. She made us feel very welcomed. She is very energetic! She made the workout a lot of fun. Now I rode bike a lot. I could not keep up with the instructor or the others in class. I changed the ride to "do me" as Anna says. This class kicked my butt. I look forward to doing it again soon. Don't let the thought of not keeping up stop you for bettering yourself.

Always love Surge whether it is winter or I am supplementing my running for half-marathon training. My husband and I go to the MG location but have attended SLP as well. Fabulous owners and staff- Heidi and Donald are amazing. I always leave with a major calorie burn and a smile on my face. The studio has always been clean but they've certainly upped safety measures to address this pandemic. I recommend Surge Cycle early and often!
