Surge Cycling Maple Grove is honestly one of the most fun workouts I have enjoyed. I participate in and instruct classes at a different theory based fitness studio, but I enjoy coming to surge a few times a week to get some added cardio and move my body in a different way than my M-S workouts. I find Surge to be an excellent addition to my fitness routine and I LOVE the energy and excitement in every class. The instructors are motivating, the music always keeps me going and the theme rides are AWESOME! I also like that there are a variety of class times that fit into my schedule throughout the week. Give it a try, you won'e be sorry. There are often New Rider class packs on the MindBody app, so it's easy to give it a try without a huge commitment. ENJOY YOUR RIDE!!!! :)

Get on over to Surge and see what you can do in 45 minutes! Fast paced, great instructors, music, movements, vibe and routines! So challenging and amazing results! You won’t go back to your old spin class! Zion & Ken are great owners, hands on and really love their clients! It’s a fun community and you’ll feel like you’re part of a family!

My friend and I visited to try it out and we felt like family immediately. We feel like we can go at our own pace and work-out as much as we can with the feeling that we still ROCK, even if we never leave the seat! The music is always good and the instructors are amazing. We have had so much fun each time we go.

If you're searching for a workout that you look forward to everyday, here it is. I've been riding at Surge for over a year and I fricken love this place. Surge Cycling is such a positive and welcoming environment. The instructors or owners will help you get comfortable and set up if it is your first time at the studio. The classes are 45 minutes long but they go by super fast and you are sure to walk out of the studio sweaty/stronger. The fun mood lighting amps up your workout(and hides your awkward workout facial expressions!) The music is always great and upbeat(they also do sweet theme rides occasionally that are super fun.)All of the instructors are passionate about teaching/very motivating and the energy of all of the riders in the class makes you want to peddle even harder! I love all of the classes/teachers but my favs are Crunk Cycle with Alyssa F. and Wednesday nights with Michelle! Check Surge Cycling out, you'll love it!

Surge cycling was amazing!! 6am Wednesday "Hillz and Drillz" with Lori was a great starter class. If you are looking for a great motivating group workout this is your place. The music was rocking and the cool light effects keep me pushing harder throughout the whole workout!

Spin fans, cardio junkies, road warriors and music lovers... this new Surge studio has the same cool light show and great sound system as the St. Louis Park location that I love. I am lucky enough to live about the same distance from both studios. ALL the instructors that I have had are fun and inspiring! "Smiling makes it easier." So true. The joy on the bike is catching, plus I love the calorie burn and muscle building!

I drive 25 miles and pass 4 other fitness clubs to get to Surge Cycling where they do it right! The music is motivating and the instructors are top notch. I look forward to my workouts where I leave it all on the bike and walk out of class refreshed and ready to tackle whatever life throws at me. Maple Grove you are lucky to have such an amazing club right in your town. I will continue to drive 25 miles to "tap back"with my friends at Surge Cycling!
