Jacob is the only instructor that I will change my schedule around to take his classes. His energy and enthusiasm are unmatched and is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable in both combo6 and in TruPower. He should be the standard when it comes to Trufit instructors.

Let me know when you all are hiring. I’ll take care of the mess this gym has.Weights are all over the floor, never on rack. Weights stay on machines.I go there for a work out not for a scavenger hunt. Employees have a job, now get to work.I’ll give this gym one more month, if not, I’m finding a different gym.

Small and overcrowded with very limited free weights. Only one set of dumbbells per weight with increments of 5s and only 4 benches. No paper towels to wipe off the equipment. Child care center will have their workers sitting by the entrance gossiping instead of watching over areas that are out of sight, like the TV section. Kids will hit other kids and the employees will tell you your child fell instead of being honest because they were not watching the children as they are supposed to. No incident reports are filed either. The manager (the bald guy with glasses) does not take accountability for the actions of his employees and instead deflects by saying he is only their boss’s boss but he is not really in charge of them. Also when the child care issues are brought to his attention he explains about how “last time tru kids was shut down for 2 weeks” as if telling you it is best to look the other way instead of addressing the issues so that the child care is not shut down again. After doing some digging I found out the the gym requires no child care license therefore the regulations implemented by law do not apply. There is no adult to child ratio, they are not properly trained, and the background checks are not verified by the state so you are basically dropping off your kids with unqualified strangers.
