Second morning I have walked into the French Road location and been ignored by the blonde kid up front. I made sure to say good morning to him since after my experience yesterday I knew he would not say good morning to me, he looked at me, didn’t acknowledge me, and turned around to watch TV. Not a good way to start my morning. Maybe you should consider who you have representing the face of your company.

Clean and large bustling gym. Tons of locker room space, hair dryers, changing rooms, showers, spin room, aerobic room, fitness lab, massage chairs, sauna. Only complaint I’ve had so far is that the shower temp can get super hot at times. Also, no shelving to hold your items in shower. Pleased with availability of class times.

They said they couldn't refund our annual fee even though they just charged it foe the upcoming year 2022 and we haven't been to that gum since the beginning of the pandemic

Connor was my personal trainer and he was very professional very kind and checked out what my abilities were and how I could perform them I'm very happy and very satisfied with him I'm anxious to go back my next appointment is Wednesday and I'm really looking forward to it
