If I could give it a zero I would. It’s a nice looking facility but trying to get customer service is brutal. I couldn’t cancel my daughters membership because the manager was on holiday. I went in person to do this and not one staff member could help… I was told the manager will be back next Thursday and everyone deserves a vacation. While I agree, everyone is entitled to a vacation… When you are a business of that caliber, there should be somebody else available when you are on holidays to keep it running as it would if the manager was there, or send an email to your members that there will be no cancellations on that week so people like me. Don’t waste a trip going in. I just can’t believe that they can sign up people but no one can cancel anyone. Unbelievable… Work on your customer service people. The people are rude, and I would never go back.

Don’t go to this gym, once you are stuck they won’t let you go . Cancelling the membership is just not in their pages. I called and was told to come in when manager is there and they work odd hours which doesn’t work with my schedule. I finally called today again if manager is there , guess what NO she is on vacation and there is no one else to cancel the membership. Like seriously, really really disappointed!

This place is an absolute scam, good luck getting out of your contract, the manager has to be present…. Yet the manager seems to never be present. Really unfortunate ending to a pretty great year of subscription. I heard horror stories from references around how this place will suck your bank account dry and I should have listened. Beware of this place.

I’ve been going to St. Cath Worlds for quite a while and needed a change of scenery. So I transferred my membership to NF. Today I decided to cancel my membership and try out a whole new gym. Upon cancelling I was informed I had a balance of over $100 on my account and didn’t understand how this was possible. I was informed that my payments were not coming out of my account due to me transferring. No one told me I had to provide my banking information again. I even asked the staff member when I transferred if my money would come out still and nothing was to be done on my part. The manager told me that the last visit I had to NF there was a note on my file that someone actually had told me to provide my banking information when I scanned my card. She gave me the date and time that this person asked me. TOTAL LIE. No one had asked me for anything!! Why would I refuse to give my information? It takes two seconds. The audacity of that staff member to lie and say they asked me when no one had talked to me is pathetic and manipulative. Needless to say I’m so angered by this and will NEVER recommend this gym to anyone.

Mens sinks don’t even work, no soap in the dispensers. Not clean at all. Only thing that they have good going for them is their prices.

I was there couple days ago and the 1 of them with the glasses and long hair was angry and mean for no reason and he came out to me what is your problem and I said did i did something and he said that he doesn’t like the way I’m looking on him worst gym service in Niagara Falls if people are reading this I don t recommend this gym you guys are not worth even 1 star

You Should set a time limit per machine, especially in the space of only women, they stay up to 1 hour in a single machine using the cell phone or talking between friends

I came to cancel my membership today and the manager said it is $113 for cancelling even I already emailed someone before hand to check and it just costs $25 for cancelling fees when you are in the contract.Even tho the attitude of manager is so bad
