So I have had a gym of some form or the other for well over 20 years. Started with a couple dumbbells, then would evolve to treadmill and a machine and it would expand or contract based on life, budget and space. Over the past year I build a garage gym that I am really proud of. I have lost 80 pounds over the last 9 months and part of it is from having a gym. Eating less is a big part but having a space that you can call your own, it really is motivating. It is not cheap but actually, when you piece it together, it is not as expensive as you might think.I wanted to post this review because people ask me about my home gym when they come to my house. How did I build it, where did I get the equipment, who services it. Well, I have been buying from Health and Fitness for over 20 years and the bulk of this equipment came from them. There are a few items I did buy that I got from some online stores but the bulk of this gym, the multifunctional smith machine, treadmills, elliptical, dumbbells and much of the plates came from Health and Fitness. Doug at this store helped me a lot, David Roche, the president helped a ton over the years too.One of the things that set this place apart for me over the years is their customer service. I have moved a few times over the years and had them disassemble and reassemble my equipment. This is something nobody else around here does. They follow up with you and when you have a service item they respond quickly and follow up. Domenic at the Warehouse is super efficient at getting back to people. Just a fantastic company, great customer service and a seasoned staff. They really care about their customer.So if you are looking for a long term solution to your home gym needs be it a treadmill in your basement or building out a full home gym like I have done, I think they are the best place.My gym is something I have put together over the years but the bulk is from Health and Fitness where I trust they will help me maintain, move or service their products. So, don't waste your time with the online stores for your durable equipment, buy local where you can actually get people to help service your products. You are investing in your health, don't chance it on a company that will sell your product and then just walk away. Stick to the good folks here.I tore my Meniscus in May, had surgery in June and I this home gym has been critical to me recovering from surgery and continuing my weight loss, getting my health back. So this is a place you want to invest your money in if you care about your health.I am still a work in progress but I thought what better way to showcase how much a home gym make a difference in your life than showing my body at 265 pound in 2022 and 182 pounds in 2023. I am still a work in progress, well into middle age and in the best health I have been at since my 20's. So go shop at Health and Fitness and change your health.

Ordered the Inspire M2 from Doug. Very professional salesman, with great knowledge of all equipment. Took the time to show us all the exercises that the unit is capable of ( about an hour of instructions). Let us know that his door is always open for additional instructions and information. Would recommend him to anyone that’s looking to buy a high end piece of exercise equipment. I’m an older guy (54) with not much gym experience (5 and 10k runner only) and he made me feel like this piece of equipment would be of great benefit to me. Thanks Doug
