Coldest stand up tanning ever. I not only got goose bumps, but had to be treated for hypothermia. 45 degree air jets, notwithstanding the dim bulbs... Automatic water doesn't work in the bathroom, and no way to get soap off my hands, no paper towels.... Extremely loud music, can't hear my own music... The worst part is that everything is new, and someone thinks this is acceptable.

Gym is great new equipment, very spacious. Water machine goes out frequently and they make you pay for water so bring your own water to gym.

Came in yesterday morning to get a quick workout, scanned my app and everything and a female employee walked up to me and asked me to show them my id on my out. The whole time I’m there, all these what other white people come in and they were not asked to show their ID. So I did not show mines. I walk right out! if you have a problem with certain people working at planet fitness is not your thing please stop acting weird. And planet fitness Please do thorough background checks on your employees because I refuse to be racially profiled I am not my ancestors.

Staff is always welcoming when you enter/exit. The gym is always stocked and clean, and the staff is always on top of making sure of that.

Would give 0 if I could. Disrespectful customer service, I cancelled my memebership at the beginning of the month and it still is not canceled so I am going to be charged AGAIN for another month. Workers are telling me that I “never checked in to cancel” but when I went in on my lunch break they said okay you are good to go and it has been cancelled. This is not how you run a business. Managers only work Monday thru Friday. And they don’t have any other “supervisors” that will take calls. Will not cancel over the phone nor thru the app or online which is complete bs.

This is the cleanest PF you’ll ever go to! The other day I saw a staff member dusting inside of empty lockers. They are constantly cleaning here. Under treadmills, running the floor scrubbers etc. Hands down it’s obvious they focus on keeping things clean as they can for the members! Just wow!
