Clean, truly non-judgmental facility! I'm a plus-sized gal on my 3rd week of attending more than one location of Planet Fitness and I've never felt uncomfortable. I highly recommend. The fitness instructors, when available, do not make you feel stupid if you don't know the particular piece of equipment you are wanting/trying to use; instead they are informative and legitimately want to help.

The employees here are great. However recently the facility has been getting worse. For example you can usually count on at least one drinking fountain being out of order and one restroom stall urinal or toilet being out of order. Today both fountains were out of order. Make sure you don’t come here thirsty. Bring your own drink. Also they used to have a nice system where there were towels and bottles of cleaner at almost every piece of equipment. They recently switched to paper towels that are strategically placed in the most inconvenient spots. Why did they change a good thing?Lastly, they require you to sign in if you’re a member at a different location: name, email address, city, and reason for visit. This is ridiculous. Why doesn’t the computer record this when visitors swipe in with their card?Are things going to continue on this downward spiral? I’ll be looking for a new gym.

I love this gym. I have the standard membership,but it's very clean and the staff are very friendly too. I got about 4/5 days a week and the persona trainer there is nice too. She really helped me to get into a routine that fit my needs and really helps. They just got all new machines this week and they're very nice machines. The hours they're open is really nice for my schedule as well

Me being on the phone while walking was "disturbing". But no one was around me and I had head phones in and so did everyone else. They completely ruined my lunch walk I instantly turned off the machine and left. But it's okay for employees to yell across the gym to eachother. Great work you guys. You kinda suck. Tallmadge will be the only one I go to for now on.In response to manager:You did not address the issue of employees yelling and being unprofessional?

This place is very crowded. Theres no redlight (total body enhancing), and only have stand up tanning beds; never seen a wait for beds though. Not the most laid back or cozy PF I've seen.

My new gym for a while. So far, so good! I will keep this post updated with my thoughts as time goes on, but having random days with free bagels has been a welcome sight for some of the early mornings.

I love the facility very clean and perfect to workout in. The management lacks respect for there patriots, and the professionalism to properly deal with minor issues, this was my first session in this gym and twice one staff and on manager approached my 14 year old about going the wrong way in the 30 minute circuit.While it's not stated very clearly when the manager approached I stepped in he proceeded to get an attitude and storm off. After speaking then with his boss she explained everything well but defended his actions, because this is a franchise company which allows this to go on at this location I immediately canceled my membership with them after one day and will never return!No response is needed from anyone if you would like the opportunity to defend this I suggest you contact me personally.

Nice staff, very clean gym, just extremely crowded. Not the most updated facility either. The Tallmadge PF has new treadmills, new equipment, etc.The CF/Stow location is actually so busy I stopped going. It’s hard to get a workout in when almost everything is occupied.

No matter how busy, you can always find a free cardio machine. The staff is very friendly and there’s usually an employee walking around checking that the machines are clean.Overall I do like it, but the atmosphere may not be everyone’s cup of tea. If you’re considering joining, I would definitely get a tour during a busy time to see what it’s really like there.

This place offers an amazing value for what it costs to utilize their facility. Their equipment is in great shape and the facility is clean. Also, the staff is incredibly friendly. I know I am getting way more than my money’s worth here, which is rare these days. It may not be high end or trendy, but Planet Fitness is a nice gym and a solid investment.
