The manager is extremely unhelpful I very been trying to cancel my membership to n and they make you jump through hoops and continue to charge my card .Very poor communication skills and a very rude female manager who likes to talk over you .She's always right in her mind at this point I should file changes against them for consideration of them stealing my money

I have always felt comfortable at this place. The trainers were always willing to help. Probably a good idea to get rid of the tootsie rolls.

The cleanest gym I've ever seen. I just wish they would allow jumping rope but all in all I am very pleased and highly recommend this facility.

It's clean and has a large variety of equipment to help change up your exercise routine. I also like that they have a personal trainer that is very mindful of each individual and yet pushes you to challenge yourself.

Came here at 6:45 on a Sunday and was told I couldn’t tan because apparently the spa (that I pay extra for) closes early, and it says that nowhere on the club’s hours. Glad I drove here for nothing! The next time I’m back, it will be to cancel my membership.

Fun place to work out. Watch out for those big annual fees. It's not really $10 a month like advertised because there's an annual fee of about $50. They are very safe and clean. However, nobody wears masks here, so there may be risk of transmission.

Love LOVE Planet Fitness! I just moved to the area and I'm trying to find a new club. This one is pretty close to home and convenient to get to with lots of parking. The staff was SUPER helpful to me and very pleasant. Nice and clean, too!

Staff is great! Always clean, friendly, and willing to help out and answer any questions you might have! Went to other locations during construction to tan and they can't compare to Tallmadge location!

I would never come back to this place. The billing is awful. How they can charge you for a late payment because their system failed is beyond me. I’m going to make it my life’s mission to make sure everyone knows how trashy this company is and to stay clear. This is a horrible way to run a business post pandemic. Treat your customers like people instead of dollar signs. Shame on the management.

This is the dirtiest planet fitness I have ever been to. I have been here all week visiting. I have not seen one employee clean a thing. The customers don't clean their equipment after they are done. The equipment is new so thats why the 2 stars.
