Not a great first impression. The prices here are great. Cant aay anythjng about the staff though, at first they seemed nice and helpful, even great to workout around. But the aituation i got into completely changed my mind. I am under 18 years old (17) and i was looking for a gym use for summer. Long story short i come in with my mother to ask questions one being "if i sign up online and pay will i be able to come in and work out the next day or a day or too after without my mom coming in to sign anything?" I was given the answer "yes, you can come anytime to work out, your mom can sign anytime for you her choice." So i came in a few days later to work out. I gry there and tell them what i was told, immediately rejected. I was offered that night to work out but am not aloud to come back in until my parent signs. Terrible expierence, dont tell your customer something not true, if i had not alreasy paid for a memebership i would have left. The only member actually trying to help me was the blonde worker up front, she was very nice and tried to get me signed up. Sont come here unless you want false information and a waste of your nighr driving to ans back

From the tour to signing up and starting to work out my first day, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is very friendly and super encouraging! For the monthly price, there is 0 to complain about.

Pretty poor in comparison to other locations but you can still get a workout in. Less diversity in machines, no water bottle filler fountain, shows significant signs of use and wear in some areas.. not to mention gets a little crowded.I prefer other PF locations. This one is bearable though.

Most of the staff is great, but a few constantly have an attitude and are always playing on their phones. They only have stand up tanning. Wish they had beds as well. As with most gyms, guys seem to control the free weight area and any female that enters that area is gawked at, at an uncomfortable rate. Can't walk past the men's locker room without a foul oder greeting you.

I've been going here for a few months. Overall, it's a decent gym for sure. Helpful, friendly staff. There's always someone around up front so I never have to wait on anyone. Even at peak time (4-7 PM), it isn't extremely crowded except for the free weight area. The machines are readily available throughout the day/night as well as the tanning beds and massage beds/chairs.I only have a couple of complaints: 1. The tanning beds aren't as strong and the limit is only 10 minutes so if your goal is to get pretty baked, make sure you use lotion to accelerate the process or at least have a good base. You won't have any issues if that's the case. 2. While I like the idea of no-flush toilets, they make the men's locker room smell awful. You can even smell it outside of the locker room.

Will never work out at stow planet fitness again. Home gym is kent. Their water was not working so they were closed for a few hours. Never had an issue ever with working out and then tanning. Apparently this location has some type of 24 hour rule. Had I known I wouldn't have come. Been to other locations where I used to live and never had an issue there either with this. Drove 20 min out of my way to workout and tan. Bs.

I joined almost a year ago and will probably not be renewing. Most of the staff here is awesome. There is one rude and disinterested employee who ruins it for me. She works every single time i go in and i am always greeted by her dour face and akward rudeness. Whatever i ask for or inquire about she seems very frustrated by such questions as , What is your best selling lotion," or "there are 15 minues till close but you wont give me full time in the massage chair. I know whitegirlproblems but really. Everyone else is great, she sucks major, and hey need lay down beds.

It's a super cheap place to workout, and the hours are great. The staff is friendly, and there's always enough machines to use. I wish they offered shower towels but I can see how that would be cost prohibitive. Maybe add it as a perk for the black card members?

Good place, good people.I looked at all the other choices in the area, and this is the best place for price and my schedule and needs.I've been there during peak times, and there's always been equipment available. So far, no complaints. And the staff is super friendly.Have not tried canceling yet, but the "fine print" was fairly straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary. At least they don't require a certified letter like some tanning places.
