I like planet fitness because all the machines and weights I need to stay fit are there for as low as 10 dollars a month. They offer free trials and walk-throughs to see if it would fit your needs. I also like the more relaxed atmosphere and don't feel like I'm competing for a triathlon. The dressing rooms are clean and neat as well as the machines and equipment. The cleaning stations that are located all over the facility allow each individual to clean up after themselves and leave it ready for the next member. I dig this system and it works for me and my budget so thumbs up all around 👍

Time to start looking for a new gym. Once again show up to only find out out they are closed again. Website clearly states they are open. Got a few awesome staff members like Justin and John who always at the desk while others disappear for an hour. Find staff sleeping in hydro beds on more than one occasion. Been told for a year they were expanding the gym but still no signs of that.

I really don't understand the negative reviews for the Stow location. Everything is clean. Sanitizing bottles always refilled timely. Questions have been answered. VERY decent price. I have no qualms. For people to comment about crowds, Google literally tells you when peak hours typically are there. That's on the customer, not the facility. I will keep this my home gym and continue to bring my +1 with my black card.

This is probably the best Planet Fitness I’ve been to. It’s on the smaller size, but the way the equipment is arranged makes a lot of sense. Awesome amount of benches. For $10/month, they have a ton of equipment to chose from and there are multiples so you usually don’t have to wait even if it’s busy. With that being said, this location does get pretty crowded in the free weight area even on off peak times due to the smaller size. Staff is nice and the gym is clean. The equipment is in good condition. Overall, decently nice place to work out.

So I guess the Stow Planet Fitness parking lot is also an RV park now. Not sure why this is allowed? They're from Oklahoma been there for a few weeks. Every morning you can hear their generator running probably making their breakfast. Stow PD says it's ok. Hope his friends don't start showing up. There's schools nearby. Kids nearby. Just find it kind of weird their ok with an out of town person camping in their parking lot. Child trafficking is a real problem.

There is a guy who continues to walk around without a mask. (6 AM hour weekdays) I have repeatedly reported this man to the staff. They clearly aren't doing enough to explain the mask mandate to him. Either he is too stupid or too selfish to care to wear his mask between machines. This facility does not take covid-19 seriously!!!

When I ask about gym rules and policy I would hope to get more of an explanation than just "it's corporate policy" I wasn't a jerk or anything just inquisitive. This gym needs to do a better job at training management.

Love it! Staff is awesome. Sanitizer stations and masks are mandatory. Equipment and machines are regularly sanitized. Football on every other TV with great music.

First the app wouldn't open. Then when the app did open it didn't save my email or my password. So when I went in to Planet Fitness I needed help figuring out how to access my account information/bar code to get into the gym.Four people were at the desk, none of them knew what to do. After waiting for them to try and figure out how to help me, I finally left. I went to a different gym. They immediately knew what to do, they told me all it takes is an email to reset my password. I got my information & took a picture of the bar code for the future in case the app dies again.
