I am in my 3rd year of membership. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. There on occasion waits on machines but not that long. It has a pleasant smell and looks clean. The price is a good deal.In my first year I used to bring a towel to wipe the sweat away from my face with, but my mistake was to lay it across the machines while working out. Then picking it up when done with each machine and wipe my face. One evening after a good workout when I got home ,after my shower I got a ton of red blotches all over my face. That is when I realized that it must have picked up some kind or bacteria from draping my towel across the machine. I don't bring towels any more cause those red blotches lasted about a week.The only concern now is the same one I have had for all 3 years. The rules of the gym is everyone is to clean the machine after every use. That is great in theory but it is NOT enforced at all. I am tired watching people just getting up and walking away without wiping their machine down. That is something I have bought attention to the staff more then once and even pointed the people out to them. Nothing was said to them as I watched them walk out the door when they were done working out.I have actually went up to people my self to ask them to wipe their machine down. They just blew me off. I see this happening EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there STILL. I think ONLY if it is enforced by the staff actually tapping them on the shoulder and TELLING THEM to their face when they are done with that machine and start to and walk away WHAT THE RULES ARE only then it might change. I would like to see ALL the staff step up and start taking notice, then CONFRONT them. It is not fair that I should have to wipe before and after each use.

I love this Planet Fitness! Staff are always efficient and they do a good job keeping the gym clean. I love all of the work out machines. I do wish that there were more options for what they show on the Tv though.

Jason Matthew Mahan· 6 seconds agoOverall this is a pretty good gym. there are plenty of machines and free-weights, the A/C is good. Water and protein drinks are readily available for easy purchase, and the cost is relatively inexpensive amongst competition gyms in the local area.

Love this location! The staff is so friendly and positive! Vienna is the sweetest and I love coming to this gym! Very in contrast with the north fort Myers location (which isn’t my favorite lol) !! Will deff stay a member here !

Staff not helpful and with attitude. I was not able to access the gym with my husband’s membership unless if we had to pay $20 membership. Even The card is used once per day Strictly the member of the card has the right to use it. However for cancellation purposes I was able to cancel even though I am not the member. It means that there is no requirement from the owner of the membership ???So I cannot enter the gym, no no no, yet I got to cancel the membership.

Love this gym. Workers are friendly and helpful. Equipment is in great shape and well maintained. And the total body enhancement system is reducing some problems i was having with my legs. Top notch best gym

Love this gym! Mycol the trainer is great and will keep you on track and will keep reminding you why it’s important to finish strong on your workout, it’s not just about your workout it’s about achieving your goals. All the staff are amazing, best gym ever!! Oh and you can tam & get a massage!!:)

The place is clean and the gym is kept really great. Why not 5 stars though? Well for starters they gear towards the non fit people and don't have over 70 pound dumbbells or free standing bench press or squat rack. Those compound movements are on the Smith machine. I feel that even beginners should utilize free standing compound movements. The spa section is awesome!!! I visit this location when I visit my parents in Cape Coral.

Love this place as it is helping me change my lifestyle for the better without judgement or false expectations.

I just joined this gym couple weeks ago and I am so happy I did. Erika was amazing and so helpful with registration. Of all the gyms I have joined in the past, this has been by far the best! The Hydro massage chairs are amazing!!!! I wish I would have joined sooner. All the staff that I have been in contact with have been so helpful and friendly. It makes the experience at the gym a lot better! Thanks PF... you guys ROCK!
